Pam and I experienced a wonderful session with Marnie. The aroma/ chakra class was wonderful. After the hectic time in Vegas followed by 2 days exploring the Grand Canyon, what a treat to unwind, relax, and recharge the spirit with Yoga. Love Marnie's guidance and sequence.

I was really impressed by this studio, the people were warm and welcoming, the space was large enough to spread out and the instructors were amazing~ knowledgeable, approachable, and had great sequencing. I really enjoyed my visit here and will be back; the kundalini classes were my favorite.thank you 7 centers!

This is the best yoga center I've been to in the last 10 years. The center and their unique instructors integrate all the yogas., asanas, breath work, chanting, restorative, kundalini, chakra etc. it's an inclusive and welcoming spiritual place. I took 10 classes in 5 days. I'm renewed.

Just took a private restorative class with Uta. We couldn't of asked for a nicer experience. We have lost family members this year that Ihas been really emotionally challenging for us and this was a wonderful experience to help us express our feelings of sorrow and find joy in it as well. Thank you Uta such a restorative experience.

This is a warm and welcoming space with authentic (rather than trendy) yoga and philosophy. I have attended classes and gone to retreats at 7 Centers and love it. I have experienced great teachers and wonderful renewal here.

This center is incredible. It's tucked back way at the top of a hill with these incredible views, and the whole atmosphere is rarified and still. I feel really supported by the teachers here and the programs seem amazing! I've been taking classes here for a month and will take their 200 hour in July!

Dropped in for a yoga class during my visit to Sedona. Class was in the yurt, which was very cool. Different style of yoga, but I didn't mind. Great vibe to the place.

I attended the 200 hour Yoga teacher training at Seven Centers in 2014. It was a beautiful and profound experience. The training is set up so that you explore many aspects of yoga in an authentic way that allows you to integrate the teachings into your life. They provide you with a strong foundation and the tools you need to develop a balanced practice.

I have since spoken to many people who have attended teacher trainings elsewhere and feel very grateful that I was able to begin my journey at Seven Centers. The skills I learned are invaluable as a teacher and have deeply transformed and inspired my life. Thank you Seven Centers! I can't say enough about the healing energy there and the dedication of its teachers and students. Truly a unique and beautiful center.

My friend and I were visitng Sedona for 2 weeks, and got a 10-class pass. We enjoyed a variety of yoga with different teachers. Movements were very basic, which I liked. Rather than copying poses after poses, we could focus more on breathing and energy. And without breathing, yoga can not be as beneficial. It was a very good experience, and we felt lighter every time after class.

The studio is tucked away in a quiet residential area of Sedona. I immediately felt at home at 7 Centers School of Yoga Arts. I attended a Slow Flow Vinyasa class with Rachel. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The studio has a very warm, peaceful, home-y feel. When you enter, there are plenty of mats, blankets, blocks, and anything else a student would need for class on the shelves to the right. (They don't charge any extra for using them) There are also two white doves in a cage and a cat which seems to reside in the school.

The studio has the most incredible carpet. It is really well padded and very easy on the joints during yoga practice. The yoga classes are mostly attended by visitors of Sedona. Regularly, 7 Centers is a studio for teacher training and personalized healing retreats. The school rents out the studio space to instructors, which handle the payment of their classes on their own (cash and credit is accepted).

The staff that works at 7 Centers is incredibly friendly. I arrived a little early for my Slow Flow class, and they invited me to join in on one of the breathing exercise courses they were teaching for a retreat. It is well worth a visit if you are looking to practice some yoga in Sedona.

The most lovely yoga studio I've ever seen! This is a beautiful, peaceful little gem of a place, tucked away from the tackiness of ""yuppy, touristy" Sedona.
