Classes and gatherings offer an opportunity to be with kindred spirits. Private healing sessions combine heart-focused energy healing with intuitive coaching to bring about higher consciousness.
Services
Hands- on healing provides a way for soul connection, nurturing for the body, peace for the mind and blessings for the spirit. I honor each individual who seeks healing, transformation, encouragement and peace. It's a gift for me to offer and to witness deep transformation taking place. Sessions begin with conversation, so you may express what is in your heart and mind for creating change, peace or awakening.
This class blends guided meditation with silence, followed by sharing and questions. We open and climb to higher vibrations of consciousness, with the intention of embodiment. Kriya is easy to learn, and involves visualization of divine light and energy running through the body and the brain system, and down the spine.
First and Second Degree Certification Classes, Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher programs are available through Judy. Learn how to provide energy healing for clients, friends, family and pets with the Usui Method of Natural Healing. This program is the pre-requisite for those who want to teach Reiki, and is also meant for those who have no plans to teach Reiki but want to offer Reiki at the Reiki Master level.
Judy is passionate about her work and helps others to access their highest Light and Soul Essence through intuitive, heart-based energy healing. Judy also offers many classes, gatherings and programs for self-discovery and spiritual awakening. With a deep level of understanding about human psychology, the energy system, and transformational processes, Judy offers profound presence and a deep sense of the sacred when working with you.

Judy is one of the most kind, sweet, loving, gentle, and humble beings that I've ever met. Her connection to God and the spiritual wisdom that she embodies is astounding. She sees who I am in my essence with clarity and helps me connect with who I truly am. Her energy work is potent and profound. Polarity/Reiki/RYSE has opened my heart, fortified my strength, risen my vibration, deepened my connection to myself and spirit, and cleared out energy that was not serving me. I have had several full body massages from Judy and they have all been absolutely perfect in every way! Not only does she provide a very relaxing and productive massage (all of my knots and aches are completely gone after each session), she also provides time to read some tarot cards in a beautiful and peaceful environment. A Higher Balance is clean, fresh and you can feel all the good vibes the moment you walk in the room! I would 10/10 recommend Judy from a higher balance for a massage experience like no other!

Judy is an amazing teacher and healer! I took Reiki 1 with her today and immediately set a date for Reiki 2. She is very thorough with her teaching method, clear, and concise. Judy creates a wonderful space at A Higher Balance Healing Center. I've done yoga at several different places over the years and this has definitely been my favorite one. I've been doing yoga there for a little over a year now and keep coming back because of the warm, supportive group of people and how calming and centering Judy's style of teaching is.
I look forward to it every week and especially love when Judy plays her crystal singing bowls at the end of some of the classes. Judy also has a lot of interesting guests come for special events. One of my favorites is the sound healing events with Gregorio. His energy is awesome to be around and the sound healing is always a really cool experience. Judy's calming and accepting energy and guidance are also really good when navigating difficult times. Overall, I would say this is a great place to explore different spiritual topics and forms of healing. I enjoy the space so much, I don't mind traveling from the south shore!

A Higher Balance is such an amazing, healing space. I always feel peaceful there. You will not regret checking out all the programs on her website. A woman of great integrity, Judy is so wise and wonderful, as are her meditations, yoga classes and energy healing sessions. Her sound energy healing is incredible. She knows so many gifted people who also come in to offer amazing workshops or classes.
A Higher Balance is also a fun and creative space. there's a real social connection there. I am so grateful for all the happy and healing times I have had there and look forward to more!

Judy is a gem! I've had so many excellent experiences at a higher balance and felt inspired to share here to encourage others to check out all that Judy offers. Her donation based Sunday evening meditation class is five stars. I find it truly rejuvenating, deeply relaxing and an excellent way to reset and connect to the most expansive aspect of myself.
It's one of my favorite meditation practices and I've explored many paths over the past eight years. Her meditation class and her spiritual awakening class both played integral roles in my own personal and spiritual growth and blossoming into deeper connection to my Self. Working w her also led to deeper understanding about the practical changes that were part of this ever evolving process of living in deeper alignment w my Self.
Those two classes particularly led me to a palpable feeling of being supported by a deep connection to all life. Her programs and 1:1 sessions have inspired me and been healing and transformative, and I highly recommend them. I now don't live nearby but still come to Sunday meditation and programs as often as I can.
