Reflexology is the art of foot massage and foot pressure point treatment. By utilizing points on the soles of the feet that have a corresponding influence on other parts of the body, the reflexologist can affect a person’s overall well-being, eliminate stress and bring the body and mind into proper balance. Reflexology not only feels great, but can provide the entire body with a very effective internal “tune-up”.

Our 110 Hour Reflexology Certification program is a complete and professional training. The student learns reflexology mapping, reflex point treatment, anatomy, physiology, pathology, de-stressing protocols, complete reflexology foot massage routine, ethics and business practices. Graduates are eligible for certification from the American Reflexology Certification Board.

Reiki (pronounced “Ray-Key”) is a very effective form of energy healing that is thousands of years old. Rei means “universal” and refers to the spiritual dimension of the soul. Ki means the “vital life-force energy” which flows through all living things. Together, these Japanese words represent the concept of “universal life-force energy. "

The Reiki Levels 1 & 2 student learns how to stimulate this life-force energy through a system of training developed by Dr. Mikao Usui. With the systematic placement of the therapist’s hands, the Reiki practitioner learns to relieve muscular stress, promote a deep state of relaxation, balance the body’s energy, promote mental well-being, support the body’s natural healing powers and re-establish spiritual balance. Reiki is great for people who prefer a more gentle and soothing touch.
