Found them on my insurance's list of practitioners in network, and they seemed to have good reviews, so I made an appointment for my husband. I gave them his insurance(PPO) information prior to the appointment, but they were too lazy to get a pre-approval, which we didn't even know we needed for a PPO insurance. l've been to other practices and they never needed a pre-approval before starting treatments.
When my husband went to his appointment, they rejected to give him a treatment. So he rescheduled to come back in a week to give them time to get that pre-approval. They said they were going to call us. Two weeks later, they still haven't called us, so I called them and the receptionist said since they sent out the paperworks we can start the treatment and she made an appointment.
Something came up, and we had to push back another week. Today, he finally went to get his first treatment only to be turned back again, they were saying they still need the pre-approval. So after about a month of time for them to get this pre-approval they need so much, they still don't have it. One of their employees tell us we can start the treatment and another tell us a different story.
They have serious communication issues and I would not trust a place where they let patients suffer in pain while they don't do their job. Made an appointment elsewhere where they will gladly treat my husband.

Dr. Lee and the staff are exceptional! As my first experience with both chiropractor and acupuncture, I am very satisfied. They are very thorough with figuring out pressure points and problem areas and listen to what you have to say. Since working from home, my back and neck pains were getting worse, not to mention stress and headaches. However, since starting treatment I feel more relaxed and comfortable.
