Acupuncture & Chinese Herb Clinic

I really loved Acupuncture & Chinese Herb Clinic. I've referred a few people and am considering returning to the clinic for additional therapies. Great staff, as well as a comfortable atmosphere from the spotless lobby to a client's immaculately serenely private room, great communication and additional education about procedures. This traditional way of healing worth every dime. T

Very bad experience. The acupuncture treatments did not work and then Dr Chen continued to claim that I owed her money after she billed my insurance. After many letters AND calls, Dr Chen refuses to call me to discuss the charges and then I just received a notice that they are referring it to a collections agency if I don't pay them a random amount.

What a scam! I will be reporting them to the insurance commissioner and filing complaints with the BBB among others. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to Dr Amy Chen and save yourself a lot of BS billing and accounting issues.

I have been going to Amy for over forty years. I had sciatica for many years, and received many prescriptions and treatments from MD's, but never any relief. Finally, my daughter, an RN out of UW, recommended Dr. Chen. She was located in north Seattle at that time. ONE treatment and the pain was gone! Several years after that she helped me with both of my shoulders that were partially "frozen". Again, full relief. She's also helped me with foot pain.

I had researched acupuncture on my own and believed in it. Amy has always been kind and very gentle. I have NEVER had any pain. There was never any noise from other patients. Ask her to explain the process. They use it for heart surgery in China. Look at her charts. I will be loyal to Amy always because of the pain relief she has given me. Shirley L.

I love this clinic and all the providers here. Dr. Chen was my first acupuncturist and I am SO glad she was the one who gave me my intro to acupuncture. Dr. Wu is amazingly talented. I love the fact that she doesn't hide her professional opinions when it comes to discussing my healthcare choices. Dan at the front desk is sincerly professional and quick. Thank you for taking such great care of me through the years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chen's for many years and have referred my friends to see her. Every single one of them has told me about their successful treatments. She has a lovely demeanor that is both professional and kind. My migraine headaches are now a thing of the past; I never left her office with the headache I arrived with. Her knowledge is wide ranging from QiQong to successful dieting and menopausal issues.

She treated my daughter right after back surgery at the recommendation of her doctor, and her recovery was much faster than otherwise. She has my full confidence, and I will continue to refer people.
