Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork which includes a thorough health history. 24 hour Cancellation Policy : If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please remember to give us a minimum of 24 hour notice, cancellation must be during business hours, to avoid the cancellation fee charge. We are not participating providers with any insurance companies at this time.

My name is Adriana Campos, I am a MD practicing in Florida. I became a patient of Dr Elly Tuchler in 2010. I suffered from depression, arthritis everywhere, chronic sinus allergy.
