As a healthcare executive, I understand what the patient experience should be. The staff and services at Affinity Spa were among the most exceptional I have EVER experienced. They worked with me when I had to reschedule and communicated with me via text, which is MY preferred method. I've been so many Medspas and honestly I'd have to say this is hands down the best - staff is extremely knowledgeable, careful and detailed. I had hair removal in Illinois then hair removal here and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Let's just say reputable Ritacca had a very sloppy tech handle my hair removal process; it's such a contrast to Affinity. She made sure to really examine the follicle under a magnifying glass and made me super comfortable.

Great experience and will be returning to finish the rest of my hair removal (currently, she targeted my chin perfectly, because of the experience moving forward with underarms, then full legs as well).

Karen Marie makes you feel comfortable; she has a lot of patience, and you can tell she loves what she does. She educates you and advises you well. It makes you feel like you are a regular and knows you well, even if it was your first time at affinity.

I got Corrective BBL for the first time yesterday and I was very nervous not knowing what to expect. Karen made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions even during the procedure, and said anything they were about to do to make sure I was okay. I already am noticing my veins on my face faded. Definitely recommend this place as they are very professional, friendly, and do an amazing job with anything I get there!

For a while now I have been wanting so badly to have a hydrafacial done. My sister has had a few done so far by the AMAZING Karen, and always comes back looking and feeling beautiful! Affinity Med Spa is amazing! I am always going to get my Dysport and I am never disappointed. I have also gone for BBL and loved it. I recently went to get a facial from Victoria, and it was hands down, the best facial I have ever had! Even days later, my face still has a natural glow and is so smooth. They are absolutely amazing (and might I add, miracle workers)!
