We are honest and direct, and we will provide you with a clear treatment plan and prognosis so you know what to expect and when.

When you receive treatment, you'll find a collaborative environment that is responsive to your needs. We will listen to your concerns, answer any questions, and create an effective plan for you together. Because we are passionate about Chinese medicine, we will go above and beyond the standard service to give you the highest quality care.

Herbal Therapy

Herbal formulas are prescription combinations of herbs tailored specifically to you to treat your symptoms. Unlike many pharmaceutical drug therapies, herbal methods will address the underlying root cause of your symptoms with few or no side effects. Oftentimes, people notice improvements in their entire constitutional health, as well as their chief health concern. Patients usually experience the greatest relief in their symptoms when herbs are used concurrently with acupuncture. Herbs are used for allergies, chronic infections, fertility, women's health issues, insomnia, skin disorders, and a host of other ailments.

Electroacupuncture

Electroacupuncture is the application of a gentle electric current to an acupuncture needle. This process increases blood circulation, decreases inflammation, and changes cell to cell communication. Electroacupuncture is commonly used for traumatic injury and muscle or tendon pain, but it can also be used for nerve pain, depression and anxiety, fatigue, smoking cessation, weight loss, and more.

Customer Testimonials

Boynn is diligent, kind, intuitive and disciplined. Her skills have improved the quality of my life (good bye lower back pain) while her intelligence and personality have captured my heart and trust. She is the best acupuncturist I have been to. What are you waiting for? Give her a try.

I had surgery to remove arthritis spurs and a bunion in my foot within days of the surgery I had acupuncture treatments that tremendously aided in blood circulation, pain relief and a quick recovery. Try it. You'll be glad you called All and One.

My 8 yr old and 11 yr old daughters and I have been receiving acupuncture services from Xander. He has been amazingly patient working with my girls and I appreciate having him part of the team working on our health issues. We are also working with Eva, the nutritionist at All and One. She is knowledgeable, supportive and provides practical, manageable advise. Gabrielle is very skilled at managing the insurance side of things. All around it is a wonderful clinic.

I broke my ankle over a year ago and after my physical therapy sessions were over, I was looking for an alternative to taking pain medication for lingering pain. My job involves standing on my feet for 12-13 hours a day. A friend of mine had acupuncture at All and One after his knee surgery and really liked it, so I decided to give it a try. I have been very pleased with the results- I've been going for about five months now and I took a two week vacation to Japan recently where we were walking and sightseeing all day and my ankle felt great! My ankle isn't perfect, obviously, but it is a lot better than I had hoped it would be post-surgery. I would highly recommend All and One in particular if you are looking for an alternative method to managing pain.

I would absolutely recommend All and One to anyone seeking relief from pain and stress, or anyone who has considered trying acupuncture. Boynn is a wealth of information, and a wonderful listener. She has helped me with low back pain, seasonal allergies, and stress relief. I always walk away from my appointments feeling feel great, and I always learn something new!
