Our mission at Austin Injury Medical is simply to serve you. We specialize in the treatment of automobile accident injuries. We provide excellent pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy care to help our patients reach exceed and their recovery goals. We work closely with radiological centers and will refer for any type of imaging that may be necessary to help with the diagnosis and treatment of your injuries.
Dr. Roy Logan opened his first chiropractic practice in Austin, Texas in 2003. In 2018, Dr. Logan established Austin Injury Medical to better treat his patients. He recognized a unique opportunity to offer patients multiple specialties of care (chiropractic, pain management, and physical therapy) in one medical facility.

My previous chiropractor had difficulty adjusting my neck but Dr. Logan can get it moving for me with no problems. When our first child was 10 weeks old he started seeing a chiropractor as he was extremely colicky.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Logan. He is one of the most competent, conscientious and knowledgeable chiropractors that I've seen as a patient. My neck is very hard to adjust, but he's been able to adjust my neck and back carefully and very effectively which has helped me be pain-free. I've found him conversant and willing to answer any questions about how to maintain better body alignment and health. His good work after an accident got me functioning again and, overall, I've made the most back/neck progress with his chiropractic care.

The second time I went there he was in a hurry and cracked my neck before I could rest all the way down on the table. My neck hurt so bad after that I had to ice it for a week and see a spine specialist. Months later I'm still having problems with the right side of my neck. I went in for lower back pain. Update: After posting this review, the doctor contacted me through email to understand what went wrong and gave me a refund for this visit.

This is my first chiropractor in awhile and he's amazing! I am someone with lots of chronic pain and he helped me relieve it my first visit and believes it's possible to get me back to normal activities! I am actually at my second visit right now and he was available to get me in immediately! His bedside manor is absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend him. I will likely update my review later after more visits.

I had my first visit with Dr. Logan today and was very happy. I went in for a huge pain in my shoulder/neck and honestly have to say I feel sooooo much better. I know its going to take a lot more visits to get straight. but I feel so relieved to know I am on a path to wellness with Dr. Logan. He is very hands on from the start as is his office staff. I am going to recommend him to every one I know. DO yourself a favor and check out Dr Logan's office for any back/shoulder/neck pains you might have. I am so glad I did.

It has been recommended to us that he see a chiropractor as they have been known to improve colic. His treatments worked wonderfully and his colic and sleep improved drastically. As we moved here while I was pregnant and started seeing Dr. L. immediately I asked him if he knew of any pediatric chiropractors he could recommend for our new born. He said he didn't but that he would check with an out of town colleague who was a ped chiro to see if she could recommend someone.
The next time we were into see Dr. L. he told us that he had been working with is colleague in Dallas to learn the techniques required to adjusting newborns. A few weeks later he did our 8 week old son's first chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Logan is so with him gentle and the baby barley even fusses. The baby slept 12 hrs STRAIGHT after his last adjustment! Dr. Logan is a great chiropractor. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone experiencing back pain or any new parent with a baby who could use some "sorting out". Truly WONDERFUL!
