Alleycat Yoga has wonderful teachers capable of guiding beginners to advanced practitioners. The space is beautiful and Susan, the owner, is wonderful and an incredible teacher. I recommend her Kripalu Yoga Class at 9:15am on Tuesdays!

Love this studio. It is rooted in the dharma and the teachings of yoga lineage. Grateful to have this resource in the midwest.

Very nice space, good instructors, start and end on time. Just don't park in the Market's reserved spots!

I have taken the Sunday morning community yoga class 3 times with Chelsea and love it! Chelsea is an incredible teacher and I always leave the class centered and energized. I am relatively new to yoga and am excited to continue in my pursuit toward a more mindful life experience. I plan to make Chelsea's Sunday morning class a part of my ongoing journey!

I was on a mini-retreat (burned out mom of boys, here!) and looked into a yoga class at the recommendation of a friend. Alley Cat Yoga had a class at the most convenient time for me, so on a Sunday morning in March, I headed to the community yoga class. I was running a little bit late, but there was space open, and I'm SO glad there was! Class started out pretty slow, and I thought, "Well, that's okay, I'm here to relax." but it gradually picked up and ended up being a pretty intense practice! It was wonderful, the perfect addition to my little me-time getaway. If I do that kind of thing again, I will undoubtedly work a practice at alleyCat into my plans.

The studio is really warm and welcoming. I took a couple classes there and felt the experience was an authentic yoga experience as oppose to an exercise glass using yoga poses. The Director, Susan taught a well paced moderate class with enough challenge but gave permission to be self aware and safe. Class had a nice theme and great music. In addition to the alleyCat Studio, the town is fun too.

I loved this place! I went on a Sunday morning with my cousin when my sister and I were in town on a visit. I can't remember the instructors name, but she did a great job. It started out a little slow, which was alright because it was a Sunday and I'm used to 'gentle yoga' on Sundays, but then she really kicked it up and everyone broke a sweat without realizing it.

It was a really good workout! The studio is wonderful: very wide open spaces, they had all the bolsters and blocks and mats available to use (plus mat cleaner, which was very much appreciated), so it was perfect to drop in as unprepared as we were. I know I'll be in Columbia again and I'll make it to another session for sure. This is just a really great studio!

I bought the two week pass for $36 while visiting Columbia for work. I really enjoyed the Monday and Thursday night Dharma class. I would have liked a few more physically challenging classes but all in all it is a great studio with a friendly, knowledgeable staff.
