Many injuries have combinations of muscle and joint problems. Addressing one component can get you out of pain, but the injury is more likely to return. Our treatment facility address the pain, muscle spasms, and joint dysfunction to get you better quicker than traditional chiropractic clinics. Some Chiropractors focus on adjusting joint dysfunction or "stuck joints" only. It helps a lot of people's back and neck pain, but not everyone's. Likewise, some physical therapists focus on stretching tight muscles and strengthening weak muscles only.

Chiropractic adjustments restore motion to stiff and "stuck" joints. We use gentle procedures to get the joints moving, which will reduce your pain and speed recovery. In addition to manual manipulation, we also utilize special techniques including Activator Technique, Distraction Therapy, Thompson Technique and the Arthro Stim Adjusting Instrument.
Alpha Chiropractic & Physical Therapy takes a unique approach to rehabilitation, in that it is more integrative, and supports patients in taking an active approach in their treatment. Your first visit will begin with an assessment, but you can expect to begin your therapeutic program right away. Therefore it is important to come prepared.

Low back pain is one of the most common reasons for physician visits and time lost from work.

It provides several treatment options and strategies to improve your quality of life and eliminate debilitating back pain through a combination of non-invasive treatments and corrective exercise. It would be misleading to promise that this book can "cure" your low back pain.

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. After my first treatment, I felt a big reduction in my symptoms. This was exactly what I was looking for as I did not want to take pain medications. Dr. Carson was super kind and knew exactly what was going on with my injury. He did some maneuvers that helped reduce my swelling and loosen tightness. I am so grateful to Dr. Robertson and his PT's. I came in to see Dr. Robertson as I had a fracture of the lumbar spine and have severe osteoporosis. I wasn't able to walk well or do much at all. It has been an amazing recovery for me. So grateful for the care and learning new exercises that have helped so much in my recovery. I love the emails that teach and help you recover.
