Just want to say thank-you, thank-you, thank-you for the awesome EFT session yesterday on the phone. I felt we acomplished so much because you were so led of the spirit in what we covered. Thanks for asking the hard questions and encouraging me to go deeper. I could feel a major shift happening and walked away feeling lighter and happy and had a great evening. Between the energy work you do and EFT you have so much to offer people.

PS: I want to say after our session, my hubby's attitude was changed and he immediately apologized. My youngest daughter was feeling better and there was a shift in my older daughter that I told you was negative towards me. Wow, great things happen when I work on myself! EFT is powerful stuff!

After a lifetime of feeling so badly about myself, I must say that 'deeply and profoundly' I truly love who I am. Your classes helped me to deal with my sadness and anger about my childhood abuse like no other therapy has! I really didn't realize what bad feelings I was carrying around with me and just how much that affected my weight issues. I have started to lose weight and I am confidant that I will reach all my goals. I use the tapping technique daily and it has helped me so much. But, without your guidance and kindness, I don't think I would have been able to do it. So, thank you so much from the bottom of my 'whole' heart.

Thank you so much for introducing me to EFT and the magic of "tapping". I have studied many spiritual techniques and been introduced to many types of energy healing and have never felt such immediate relief from anxiety and stress which in me often leads to over-eating. I feel so fresh and cleansed today after our session. I wish I had known about tapping years ago. I look forward to working with you in reaching and maintaining my perfect healthy weight. I just had to write to thank you for the EFT session. Every morning for the last few months I would wake up saying "this is going to be the day that I start eating healthy and get rid of this excess weight". Every night I would go to bed and reflect on my day and say "why did I eat what I did, what is wrong with me, why don't I have any willpower?" Since my EFT session I have done none of the above. I have to say it feels very good not beating myself up and also for not setting myself up for failure each day. I feel with EFT I am being proactive in my journey to a healthier me, physically and emotionally.
