I've been going to Atlas Spinal Care since 2018. The doctors and staff are amazing, welcoming, and they really care. They're practically family to me. Dr. Jonathan and Dr. Tara recently relocated, but they were amazing; Jonathan started seeing me after he noticed I shook his hand with my non-dominant arm - among other issues, I had thrown out my shoulder throwing a basketball.

The new doctors that have come in the time I've gone there are wonderful people and very helpful. Going the orthogonal route is definitely the way, especially if you're really hurting and regular chiropratory only makes things worse. They use instruments and their hands to gently put things back in place instead of brutal cracking. Would definitely recommend - and I have - to anyone I know.

Atlas spinal care will change your life for the better! All the doctors are amazing and really pay attention to the individual in front of them. The entire office staff are all such wonderful people as well.

Our whole family has been coming to Atlas for 15 plus years. We started when our sons were in sports and saw the benefits to where we started coming too when needed. In the last few years, they have been treating me in my recovery from a TBI and recently helped our oldest recover from a car accident. The staff is amazing and really care about your well being.

The doctors are informed and network in our community to align you with other specialist when there is a need. For example, with my TBI, they suggested seeing an eye specialist which was the right call. In addition, they are careful, caring, professional and thorough, but always find ways to make me laugh and send me home with a smile. Their care is getting me through one of the most difficult things I have faced physically and I am so grateful for them.

Rarely do I need to visit the chiropractor, but when I do it's usually urgent because I wrestled with something too heavy or twisted in a strange position too long in a job (as most maintenance people do). Thankfully the staff at Atlas Spinal Care help me out to the best of their ability. From Desk to Doctor it's always kind and efficient. Jonathan is quite humorous while he maneuvers me around the table (or even on the floor at times to get leverage since I'm not exactly small).

My wife and I like the techniques they do because it's not the 'cracking' of traditional chiro's. We're never sore the next day but have relief which keeps me functioning while getting back to laborious projects.

I've been using Atlas chiropractic and massage for the past 5 years. I feel secure because they use the Orthogonal method-which is much more precise and scientific that previous chiropractic methods I've tried. I like switching around between the doctors because each of them gives a unique perspective and offer additional solutions that I can try. My fitness and health have greatly improved as I've made small changes based on suggestions they offered over time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Prior to going to atlas spinal care I was nervous about receiving chiropractic care. My back was hurting due to horseback riding accidents at a young age, so my Mom and I decided it was worth the shot. Years later. Their care plus the massage were life changing. No more shoulder, neck and hip pain. If you're expecting a "chiropractic cracking" and "Swedish massage", this is not the place for you. I have been a client for quite some time and will never go anywhere else! First of all I was referred to Atlas by Rebound after suffering from a severe neck injury. The doctor at Rebound said you don't need injections you need Atlas Spinal Care. I made my first appointment and I can honestly say it saved my life. The staff and owners are very professional and accommodating. Exceptional at their jobs to say the least.

Their main concern is to be thorough and to do the best job they can so X-rays right off the bat made me feel like they definitely were experts. The doctors take their time with you and don't rush you through your appointments. I appreciate them so much.

Stay away from this place. The WORST massage and customer service I have ever experienced. I booked a deep tissue massage and received the lightest touch imaginable. I explained what had happened and was given a complimentary massage that was scheduled for the following week. When I went in to have it done I was told that they don't do complimentary massages.?

So Judy lied, I got a babysitter and drove out there for nothing. On top of that, they ILLEGALLY told me after my massage that it may not be covered by insurance. Just an absolute shit show. Avoid this place and take your business elsewhere.

Everything about this office is top notch. From each person that answers the phone, helps with the intake to the doctors. Our family has been going there for many years and the quality of care and advice is the most helpful of any office we've ever used. It's about 45 minutes away from the house and we are willing to make the drive for the top care we all receive. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with a doctor at Atlas for relief of your symptoms.

When I first came to Atlas I was suffering from chronic migraines and chronic back and neck pain. I can honestly say, in my opinion Jonathan & Tara are nothing short of miracle workers! I hardly ever get migraines anymore and when I do it's usually something I ate, not necessarily my back or neck. I have a "complicated" spine so I will continue to go to Atlas for as long as I can foresee. I've been to other chiropractors in the past who do forceful manipulations, which is NOT the approach Jonathan & Tara take. My entire family sees them and we're in the best health we've ever been. I highly recommend them!

Drs. Jonathan and Tara Douglas are the BEST of all care-givers! They brought my body out of salvage from a MVA and restored me. They care about ME.not just my bones and my structure but about ME. I will not trust anyone else with my adjustment. Plus, they're really funny! Highly recommend to EVERYONE i know!

First time. I've seen many chiropractors over years. This was a highly recommended referral from a co-worker. First impression: Incredibly friendly staff. The intake person, "Bonnie" was quite pleasant to chat with. And the presiding doctor walked me through the initial consultation phase and x-rays in an expedient, yet, professional manner. I look forward to the follow/up first adjustment.

As a black man, any place of business that doesn't immediately give you "the look" when you walk in deserves an instant 5 stars. The receptionists here are absolute sweethearts and the doctors could simply not be ANY more professional and cordial. As long as my ribs continue to get displaced I will remain a loyal Atlas customer. This business and its employees are absolutely marvelous and I simply could not recommend them enough.

Portland Metro has some wonderful ChiroCare But this team of folks are like those Nascar Pit teams, just awesome to watch. They know their stuff, just by moving your limbs they know where the pain and problem spots are. No really or the can read minds. Let me tell you it takes a whole lot of understanding of the fundamental Human body to do that. When an MD is telling you they give up just take some tylenol come here instead.

I had headaches for two years and upper neck pain, one visit Huge improvement. And great staff! And do not worry the Atlas adjustment is painless but oh so effective less scary than manual version.

I do not know where to begin. Atlas Spinal care is amazing! My mom was in an accident a year ago. With all of her health issues that started after no one was able to help her or give her answers. Finally, we went to Atlas Spinal Care and in an hour had answers to most of our questions. Dr. Douglas was amazing and took the time to hear my poor mother out. Already, I'm telling everyone I know to come here. I wish I could tell the entire world!

So grateful for them and all the help they provided me. They look at the whole picture and not the "crack you for a couple days of pain relief". Their approach was towards fixing me up so I could be pain free but also what I should be doing to prevent the problem from coming back. Dr's are great people, so happy - will not go to anyone else ever again.

Best care in town period. The whole staff is nothing short of FABULOUS. They just are so kind and pleasant. They truly care.

There is no other place like this! They have helped realign me in every way I could feel was wrong but couldn't quiet convey. I was in excruciating pain and could barely move, I used to be rather flexible in comparison. But they are not just another chiropractor office, they truly believe in only adjusting what needs to be and pin pointing exactly where is out of place instead of general manual manipulations.

They specialize in atlas adjustments (the bone between your skull and spine) which makes a huge difference in your balance, leg length and therefore the alignment of the entire body. It has a ripple effect of relieving pain. The first visit was to get scans and discuss what they could do for me, the following appointment made me feel human again. They also have several massage therapist available to help the muscles hold the alignment or relax as well. Without this team I wouldn't be able to function and I could not be more grateful for finding them.

I am so grateful to have found my way to Atlas! From the doctors to the administrative staff, the lovely offices to the state of the art equipment - I couldn't be more pleased with Atlas! You're greeted by name and with a smile, they listen to you, remember even things you'd wish they'd forget (hah!), and overall just make you feel good before the adjustment even starts.

With my slew of back/neck/headache related complaints, it's a struggle just to keep up sometimes, but they meet each challenge head on with tried and true methods and a little ingenuity. Incredibly competent and caring - I'd happily recommend them to anyone.

Jonathon and Tara are hands down the best chiropractors. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Two years ago I moved out of state and have searched long and hard for a chiropractor with their care, knowledge and great personalities, to no avail. They're two of a kind!
