I have seen Pu and Leigh for lymphatic massages and both are excellent. I received great care and noticed great results which helped my fibromyalgia symptoms. The swollen lymph nodes became pain free and my lymph system was able to recover. Highly recommended.

As a physician and a healthcare executive, I am very sensitive to the provision of high quality wellness offerings with the best customer experience possible. Back in Touch fit the bill completely! My experience can be summarized by the word Excellent. Easy access, easy parking, safe, comfortable surroundings, followed all the CDC COVID-19 mitigation practices.

My Massage Therapist was outstanding, very in-tuned and carefully listening to my needs. The massage was really therapeutic and the wellness element was present throughout. Clearly, my Massage Therapist (Ashley) is an expert at energy flow and healing on top of excelling at massage therapy. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you

Very disappointed in their cancellation policy. I was charged a whole massage due to my daughter getting ill and I had to pick her up at daycare and couldn't make my appointment. I offered to reschedule it (understanding that this is income for a therapist), but that wasn't acceptable. I would understand if they charged a flat fee but the entire massage seemed excessive.

When asked about their policy they said due to the climate right now they had to hold the line. I find that disappointing given almost every other business is MORE flexible with Covid and illness so that we keep people safe. Bummed as the reviews were so good at this place.

My massage from Kristina was amazing. She was super professional and addressed my pain issues with a calm touch that felt supportive and effective. I was stressed and in pain when I arrived and all was better when I left. No headache, no hip pain, no backache and it even helped to lower my blood pressure! The only thing that I, personally, didn't care for was the covid protocol and having to wear my mask during the massage.

There were a lot of stairs to climb getting there and I was a bit winded coming in, and couldn't get a good breath so I allowed my mask to come down from my nose. I was asked to pull my mask back up. I was also asked if I was vaccinated. I am. She double masked during the massage. For some, all of that might be a plus. For me, it was a minus. Other than that, I loved the experience.

I've been going to Back in Touch for several years and firmly believe, in order to work there, you must have a superpower. Each therapist offers something unique and special. I have been pleased time and time again, finding that the massage therapists seem to connect with what my body needs. Hannah had done a particularly amazing job helping me with some chronic issues.

Her understanding of muscles, movement and finding the right approach to get into my most painful spots, without overdoing it, blows my mind. She has a special gift, no doubt.

Had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks earlier, requires muscles to make a lot of adjustments. Leigh really helped me get that much closer to feeling normal.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Lee and it was excellent! This place has a cozy vibe and there's plenty of reading materials if you show up too early. Google might misdirect you so look for the shopping center area where UPS is also located.

I live in a different city and was in Nashville visiting. The weather wasn't very nice so we decided to get a massage. I have been receiving regular massages where I live for more than 12 years. The massage that I received from Suzanne Shamanski was one of the top 3 massages I have ever had. She was thorough, respectful of what I had shared were my areas needing more attention and I left feeling better than ever. Highly recommend Back in Touch Wellness and Suzanne Shamanski.

I showed up about a year ago with a pinched nerve in my back. I met Melissa. All I have to say is wow! Hands down the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. Not only did she fix my pinch neve. Which, I needed because I bartend and couldn't use my right arm to pick up bottles. She showed me places on my body that I didn't even know were sore.

I now come in to see here twice a month. She's has such a calming way of talking to people and that is refreshing, but her hands and elbows are a thing of beauty. I'm writing this review because I went to see her yesterday for a 90 minute deep tissue and she help fix these nots in my back and my foot. I had been dying to see her. I went in limping with pain in my foot and woke up today with no pain at all. Thank you Melissa you are the best and you have found your calling!

Great atmosphere, good location and online scheduling make this a good place to go for a massage. But the real star is the massage here. I had 90 minutes of bliss with Suzanne. It was hands down the best massage I've ever had and the first time someone got the pressure exactly right! Her technique is wonderful! I plan to go back for sure.
