First time experiencing and receiving any type chiropractic treatment. It went extremely well. I felt at ease and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I appreciated the thorough examination. In addition, the doctor was even able to give me an adjustment the same day. My family will be receiving treatment as well because of this experience.

They have an amazing team. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. I saw Dr. Hamilton. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and put me at ease. They were out of network for me, and I ultimately went with an in network chiropractor, but cannot say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Hamilton.

Dr Brad is an amazing chiropractor! I've been to many chiropractors in my life & a lot of them don't treat the body as a whole. The just adjust your neck & back without really tuning in to the rest of your body. Dr. Brad takes an interest in you & your lifestyle to figure out the best treatment & nutritional recommendations. He realizes the body is comprised of body, mind & spirit, not just body.
So he takes the time to get yo know you so he can better help you. You can tell he really cares about his patients. He is super warm & friendly & always happy & goes above & beyond in his treatments. He uses many different modalities besides adjustments & is continually finding the latest techniques & machines to use. He has helped my neck & back (& even jaw) pain tremendously. The concept is good but the doctor I and the other person who went with me had was horrible. I came in with shoulder problems and left with a clicking back, and hip problems after spending 4 plus months there. Every thing was repetitive, there was personalized plan for my situation. We just did the same routine over and over until I had to stop going because of newly developed back.
My MD said I should of saw of physical therapist for my shoulder pain. Now I have back and hip problems and the other person I was going with is scheduled for a hip replacement. Once they start manipulating you you have to go back or it gets out of wack UNLESS you start strengthing your body on your own (which is what PT does ). YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Was experiencing limited mobility in my neck. Working with Dr. Hamilton and the amazing staff at BTHC, stuck to the prescribed plan and was feeling better almost immediately. I've had chiropractic care off and on throughout my lifetime. BTHC is one of the absolute best. The care and service here is outstanding. My sole concern here is that the staff and chiropractors do not always keep their masks fitted and covering their noses.
Quite a few folks move about their work with loose fitting masks below their noses, even during times of peak transmission rates. My own chiropractor did adjust what he was doing with his mask. And I kept mine fit well, so I didn't encounter a problem. Despite this, I still recommend BTHC.

They have the best people here. The girls and Dr. Ishihara helped us so much. I started coming here because I get the worst migraines and I had a radiating pain on my shoulders to my arms. Now my treatment is done I get less migraines and the pain is gone. They really take good care of you. Thank you BTHC team

I went in for an adjustment, not knowing I needed much more work done on me. The light tissue massage, WAS TO DIE FOR hands down. The light adjustment, is something I needed to start to get on the right path. The cold rub on my back I don't like anything cold on me, that was pleasantly nice, thicker shirt next time. last but not least. The pads they put on my back, I definitely need more of that. Got home and finally was able to relax. BTW, THE STAFF IS 100% PROFESSIONAL.

I had the greatest experience on my first visit. Jojo and Jackie were amazing. Dr. Brian was such a joy to be around. Professional and funny. I met Taylor and Casey who were very friendly and just made me feel like part of the Back to Healthcare family. I would encourage anyone looking for a chiropractor that treats the problem and not the symptoms to try Back to Healthcare (Torrance).

This place is WEIRD. Felt very uncomfortable in there. Had to sit through a life story of one of the doctors and a lesson on how the brain works. This was before even talking to anyone about treatment. The vibe in there was awkward. I walked out mid video and said no thank you. No pricing available and I had NO IDEA what I was getting into. I wanted an adjustment, not a latte. Also, NO ONE was wearing masks. I know the ban was lifted for VACCINATED people, but I doubt everyone was.
