I saw Dr. Bai several years ago and am glad and grateful he is still in practice after the closure of the Preston Royal building. Treated my sinuses, allergies, headaches neck aches in two visits. Highly recommend, respect and trust.

I've been seeing Dr Bai for over three years because of a back condition that flares up from time to time. When I see Dr Bai on a semi routine basis, I am typically pain free. His work has made my back stronger and pain free. When I don't see him for a long period of time, my back pain returns. I've seen him for other pains I have and his acupuncture techniques work extremely well to relieve my pain. I highly recommend Dr. Bai to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain.

Wish I came to Dr. Bai earlier. I had sudden hearing loss to my right ear, went to see 3 ENT specialist, was put on Prednisone high dosage and had 3 ear injections. After two weeks of treatment, my hearing had improvement. My ENT gave me the bad news that we had gone out of options and my hearing is not likely to recover. Feeling hopeless but I didn't want to give up.

I began to search for acupuncturist and I found Dr. Bai and another Dr in Plano. Because the other Dr. had more than 600 good reviews, so I decided to try the other doctor first. But I was very disappointed. It didn't do any good for me. I almost gave up, but I'm glad I didn't. I finally came to see Dr. Bai today. I could tell he is truly an expert of what he does.

I know it because I did a lot of research on my own and he covered all the spots that was supposed to be covered and more. I didn't feel much different right after the treatment. However, I went to shop at Costco after I left his office, and I found out that when my husband was walking on my right side and speaking to me, I could hear what he said louder and clearer in my right ear!

I didn't expect anything to happen just after one treatment, but I truly felt the improvement! I'm sooo happy that I came to Dr. Bai and I wish I came to him sooner. Thanks to the patient that left a review saying Dr. Bai treated him for loss of taste, that was the reason I wanted to give it a try. Now I want to share my good experience, and encourage those who had been treated by western medicine got no result, please don't give up until you give great acupuncturist like Dr. Bai a try. I'm definitely hopeful now and I'm going back for treatment until my hearing recovers.

Dr. Bai is an excellent acupuncturist and the most experienced acupuncturist in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I came to see Dr. Bai for my sciatic pain and felt significant reduction in pain soon after my treatment. I still come back nearly every week for pain relief. His office is massive and clean. His office follows very strict COVID prevention protocols. Dr. Bai and his staff are compassionate, kind, and friendly.

He and his staff are always professional and sincere. I have seen other acupuncturists before and Dr. Bai is by far the best. His 30+ years of experience translates into real outcomes and healing. Always professional and very effective. I've gone to Dr. Bai for help with fertility treatments and sinus issues, etc. I trust him and appreciate everything his acupuncture has done for me.

Doesn't work for muscle spams. Very reserved. Receptionist is also kind of weird.

Dr. Bai's acupuncture has been so helpful for me. I went in a few years ago for fertility assistance to go along with IVF. So, I think it helped with that. Since having 2 children, I've been back many times and I can actually feel my Qi balancing most of the time, even if it's not the entire time I'm there. I always leave with a lasting sense of feeling better inside and out.

I tell him whatever is bothering me, mentally or physically and he knows what to do. He's helped me with anxiety, jaw clenching, depression, arm pain, stress, sinus pain, among other things. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and the price is fair.

I've gone to Dr Bai for 20+ years. He's treated me for allergies, and back/shoulder/neck pain, and has always brought relief when traditional medicine failed. He is a remarkable doctor.

I have been to multiple acupuncturists in the Dallas area, and Dr. Bai is the best. He is very professional and his office setting is so relaxing. I had tennis elbow and some other pains. Dr. Bai was able to treat my problems successfully. He is knowledgeable in the art of integrating Eastern and Western medicine. You can tell that his decades of experience of practicing acupuncture and herbal medicine have paid dividends for his patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bai knows what he is doing. I had been to two chiropractors and to an urgent care clinic where I got a steroid shot and a prescription for steroids and a pain killer for relief from a pinched nerve in my shoulder that was wrecking havoc. I had never tried acupuncture before, but at this point I was quite desperate. First sign of relief, although it will likely take several sessions.

Dr. Bai is the best acupuncture doctor that I have ever experienced. Originally coming from China, I have had lots of experience with acupuncture doctors. Dr. Bai not only has masterfully traditional skills and methods, but also leverages western treatment knowledge in his practices. He treated well my neck problem/pains (I could not turn my head around to drive a car) last year. I am seeing him for low back pain problem. I have been seeing many different doctors. Dr. Bai is the one who I trust and get the job well done! Highly recommended!

I just moved here from Newport Beach and was seeing Dr. moon a famous acupuncturist and energy medicine. I have seen him for over 2 years. When I moved to Dallas a few months ago I needed a new Dr. Dr Bai, was different but that being said after the treatment I felt wonderful. I have cystitis and my bladder tension and pelvic pain goes away. No meds just being stuck by needles and a heat lamp.

I understand how it works but if you do not and you haven't done research on it you might be confused. It works for me. If not I would not be going. Dr. Bai is awesome and I'm going again today for my forth treatment from him. It's worth every penny and a fight from my husband who said he could stick needles in me! Lol. Some people just don't get it.

After undergoing cancer treatments (both chemo and radiation), I lost my sense of taste entirely and my saliva glands were not working. Desperate to try anything, my brother (a very satisfied patient), suggested I try Dr. Bai. After only two visits, I my sense of taste was restored (I can actually taste better than ever in my entire life!) and my saliva glands are working normally. Thank GOD for Dr. Bai

I had acupuncture for plantar fasciitis. My feet have hurt off an on for years. Tried several things. They only helped temporarily. I had 6 sessions of acupuncture last March and April. I got total relief. Now it is November and I am still pain free. This worked very well for me. I recommend this Doctor.
