She is personable and kind with a toolbox full solutions for all your needs. She made my goals achievable and her coaching was exactly what I needed. I desired to lose weight and to get back my health. She guided me on my journey and was so helpful in understanding all my bloodwork and recommended the perfect supplements and diet that worked amazingly for me! Appointments were efficient and pleasant. Her humor and kindness always made me look forward to every encounter with her. I can't recommend her strongly enough! She's fantastic!

Two years ago, I was struggling with chronic sinus infections and frequent, debilitating headaches. Dr. Krisko recommend some dietary changes, including the introduction of probiotics and fermented foods, like Kim Chi. I followed her advice, and have not had a single sinus infection since. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff at Bambu and my experience so far. I originally went to Dr. Krisko for fatigue during my marathon training. She recommended IV therapy, which I dreaded, due to my fear of IVs. I hate needles and I am a fainter! HOWEVER, Meredith is the best! She helps me through my anxiety and is so patient. They are extremely fair with pricing, and tell you ahead of time what to expect (I have had bad experiences at some clinics for lack of transparency). I trust them and I always leave feeling positive about my health and my visit! Overall I highly recommend Bambu!

Great clinic. Dr. Krisco and her staff are amazing. She has helped me get off diabetic medicine and on my way to a healthy HbA1c. Also offer IV Therapy, which helps with sickness recovery time. I highly recommend Bambu Clinic. Acupuncture is also available.
