Services
How often should I practice to see change? You won't see change after one class, you have to come a lot in the beginning in order to find a class that feels comfortable to you, meet our teachers, and get acclimated to the class. Starting a Bikram Hot Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates practice will be the best thing you'll ever do.
ABOUT OUR CLASSES: Nothing compares to Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates. No matter what else you do, it's a must for everyone. It elevates everything else in your life and keeps you young and healthy. The heat is used to release toxins, helps with safer stretching, reshapes the body and the spine ie.
We are open 30 minutes before and after each class. Please respect your practice and your fellow yogis by being on time. Give yourself a few minutes before class to lie down on your mat to calm your mind and body. You MUST take a moment and read about our amazing young Yogi of the Month Madison Skelton. She hasn't even been practicing a full year yet but has accomplished 2 challenges and can go much deeper into the postures than when she started. She inspires us ALL! 1. How long have you been practicing? I began practicing 10 months ago because my mom has been a student for 6 years and encouraged me to at least try a few classes since yoga has helped her in her life.I was a little hesitant at first, but once I discovered what this practice offers (even for me, who is the least sportive person you will ever meet), such as strength, patience, and a better understanding of Self, I couldn't wait to come back.

Becky was amazing-her hot Pilates had me silently crying, but it was an excellent workout-adaptable if you are new to it (me), or you are at an advance level, you will feel it. Support Bikram Yoga Memphis and your other small businesses.

I never leave reviews but since I have been going to this studio for so long I thought I should show some support to the owner and the other instructors. I have been attending this studio since the quarantine in 2020 and I still love this place! I have not had any negative or bad experience with the instructors, they have all been super positive, energetic, friendly, and truly want to help and encourage you to do your best no matter what fitness level you are starting from.

The classes are challenging but if you stick to it and show up consistently you will notice an improvement not only physically but mentally. The classes are always challenging even for seasoned yogis or Pilates but so satisfying after you've accomplished each class. I mostly attend the hot Pilates classes but plan on attending more yoga to increase my flexibility and help prevent injury since I'm also running in between Pilates workouts.

I've also noticed an improvement in my lower back pain since I work as a nurse full time and I'm constantly bending and twisting my body in ways it should not be bent or twisted. This place feels like family and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon!

Chuck was our teacher for the 90 minute Bikram class that we took at 4 PM on a Sunday. Chuck had a ton of enthusiasm for Bikram and instructed very precisely on mechanics and kept me engaged the entire time. The room was spacious and there were probably 12 people in the room total. The cost of the class was $20 for a drop in rate and they did provide mats and mat towels upon request.

The floor was a laminate flooring and seem to be very clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. I really like the fact that they had two showers in the men's bathroom to take a shower after class and had soap as well. I would highly recommend taking the class here as they definitely have the right teachers from my experience and they also have a pretty decent facility as well.

Life changing: I have less trouble getting to sleep & staying asleep. I'm enjoying the discipline I'm learning & applying it to other areas of my life. You really think about what you'll eat and how much you hydrate. The most encouraging & welcoming staff & students. Teaches you listening skills & to stay present & focused. No better detox & physical movement is so much easier. I'd recommend Bikram Yoga Memphis to anyone wanting to improve their health.

I have been doing hot yoga with Isaac for half year. I really think I become more heathier than before. This studio is very clean, Isaac is an amazing instructor, he always try to help students to improve ourselves. After first month practice, my skin became better and I slept better, those are the first two benefits I gained from Bikram Yoga. I love the hot platies class as well, it really helps me to shape my body!

I'm a newbie to yoga at the recommendation of my brother so I decided to try it out. This review is based on my first two sessions of Bikram Yoga that I attended two days ago and today. The first advice I can give is to be on time. I arrived about 3-4 minutes and noticed the door was locked. A gentleman named Issac opened the door, greeted me, and helped me get situated.

The lobby area was clean and cool. I walked inside the studio and the heat smacked me in the face! The studio was clean, had mirrors across the wall.but that heat though.whew! During the session, Issac was VERY supportive, motivating, and monitored my progress to ensure I was doing the moves properly. At no time did I ever feel rushed to keep up with the class.

Surprisingly I made it through my first 1.5 hours of hot yoga! Everyone is the class was supportive as well. Today's session was still a bit challenging because I'm new to yoga. The heat didn't bother me as much today. Issac remembered my name and continued to offer support to myself and others who seemed to struggle a bit. Yoga is definitely a mental challenge if it's your first time.

I know it will get easier over time and I'll be able to improve my focus and flexibility. This location also offers a one hour HIIT Hot Pilates class so I'm looking forward to attending that class. I highly recommend Bikram Yoga for anyone looking for a spot. It's a judgement free zone so come as you are and you will enjoy it. Oh, and if you have a birthday, Issac and the class will sing to you while performing stretches. Sounds easy to do but it wasn't. LOL!

My time at Bikram Yoga Memphis has been wonderfully rewarding in so many ways, and I often find myself encouraging others to give it a try. Although the same 26 postures are repeated in every class (I've only attended the Bikram sessions, although the studio offers a variety of classes and an extensive schedule throughout the week), in no way is any class ever the same.

I've attended a class that seemed effortless, and the next visit I may find myself trying to find my breath! One never steps in the same river twice, and this studio always finds a way to challenge me physically and mentally. Great stuff!

I have been a practicing physician for nearly 16 years. Half of that time, about 8 years now, I have been consistent in my Bikram Yoga Practice. As I have been careful regarding making fitness recommendations, this is my first review. While not everyone will find this practice to be initially easy, nothing worth having or doing if life necessarily comes easy. Having a consistent Bikram Yoga practice keeps me off blood pressure medications, and has warded off diabetes.

Both of wish are strong in my family history. I am so much better with my family and patients because of this practice. I have learned a lot about myself and the importance of patience, empathy, and humility. All of which continue to grow. I am now at a place where I gift this yoga because I want everyone to try it for themselves and live its life long benefits. It has been the best one personal decision I have made in my life. Have been practicing for over a year. It's the best yoga practice I have had. It's hard and I still struggle in every class. But I have no regrets every time I did it. I felt so refreshed afterwards. My neck pain is much better and my overall health is improved as Well. It's hard to tell all the benefits of this yoga practice, you will have to feel it yourself.

I appreciate all of my instructors. Issac, Edward and Dianna are the ones I could remember the names and they are so wonderful! 3 of my family members are coming on regular bases and I would highly recommend Bikram yoga to everyone!

Always a good workouts for an excellent litmus test for how in or out of shape you are; inferno hot Pilates (with or without weights) in midtown is the best!

If you want a structured, focused, no-nonsense yoga that is taught in a way that gives you maximal benefits and minimizes risk of injury, then Bikram is for you. If you persevere through the discomforts, learn to listen to the instructions and your body, and practice regularly, your body and mind will become more disciplined, healthier and happier.

The lymphatic benefits in an increasingly toxic world are incredible as well. I love that there are rules in the room as it cuts down on distractions so you can get the most out of your moving meditation.

Clean and comfortable in an easily accessible part of town. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable working within my ability and pushing myself a little beyond. Great for beginners. Don't forget to hydrate!
