We offer Mindful Mommies which is a fusion of herbal direction with yoga practice. This great class runs in 8 week sessions. There is a limit of 10 per class to ensure hands on care and guidance.

We also offer Reiki treatments and classes both private and class setting learning enviroments.

Several years ago, I began making natural products for skin and tea for increasing wellness. This began because I was diagnoised with a disease which attacked my organs like they were implants and largly contributed to my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I was told I would become over-weight, tired and generally live with a lower standard of living. I decided this was not an option for me and I began looking to the herbs and therapies from the Holistic community.

Today, I live a wonderful life with my husband. I teach Reiki courses and yoga and provide many of the same therapies to others that I have discovered helped me grow and thrive with everyday life. I am very excited to bring what I have learned to others and pray many people are shown the way to enlighten their own lives and truly live a life of Abundance.

My training extendes from herbology certification in Family Herbology and Aromatherapy and a 200-hour yoga certification from Yoga Den, based on Kirpalu Institute formats. I am continuing training at Kripalu and look forward to bringing many new concepts to the yoga room.
