Do you have concerns about your mental health? Are you suffering from low energy, inadequate sleep or are unable to heal from an injury? You may have gone to the doctor and been offered risky medications that you don't want to rely on to mask your symptoms. If you'd like to take a more natural approach, Dr. Burtis can help you. With a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition, he has the clinical training and experience to assist you. He can also consult with your medical doctor or specialist to co-manage your case.

Every woman knows this acronym, and for those who live with it, they know it is disruptive to life, painful in most cases, and a major disruption to their lives. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) affects women most noticeably in their late 20's to early 40's, and 10-20% of women report severe or even disabling symptoms. So how does one avoid having this "monthly gift from God" and actually enjoy the whole month? Well, chiropractic may be able to help with that one. You've tried for months, but to no avail.

I recently completed my Masters Degree in Human Nutrition and I personally spend a few hours a week researching the latest information on nutrition and health, as it changes ever month. When asking for advice on nutrition at Mayo Clinic in Rochester for my son while he went through radiation, they gave me incorrect advice that has been outdated for almost twenty years.

Work injuries can be devastating, both physically and financially. Everyone gains when an injured worker is safely back on the job. Our primary goal is to get our patients back into the workforce, however, never before they are actually physically prepared. It is important to receive proper care following a work injury, not only to stop the pain, but to rehabilitate the affected area.

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. This technique is the most commonly used of all chiropractic techniques and is the one probably most familiar to patients. The Diversified manipulation/adjustment utilizes the doctor's hands to perform manual adjustments to correct misaligned or subluxated spinal segments or any other joint misalignments ex.
