The staff and doctors are awesome. The office visit went smoothly and in a timely manner. It's super easy to get appointments and the prices are awesome. They make you feel very special from the time you walk in and the time you leave. I am so glad I found this place.

I loved the environment and how the front desk clerks kept me and my son laughing. It made us feel welcomed and apart of their family. I shall visit again. The chiropractor knew his work and knew how to engage in a conversation which made me feel comfortable.

This staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Trevor was amazing at explaining every step and easing my nervousness. Can't wait to start treatments.

I love this office. The staff is so nice and kind. I usually come to see Dr. Phil. He's fixed my shoulder in the past. I came to see Dr Phil for my usual once a month follow up to keep my back in line and he was gone because of a family emergency. Not to worry Dr. Trevor took care of me, and I was pleasantly surprised at what a great job he did. I left feeling fabulous.

It's nice to know you're in good hands, pun intended. Haha! Thank you for taking good care of both me and my husband. We have been driving from Mississippi for 5 years to come and visit. I've been a patient at Chiropractic Memphis for a few weeks now and I absolutely love the service. I knew I would from my very first day. The staff is so nice! I see Dr. Trevor and he's amazing. He is extremely thorough and makes sure I have an understanding of each part of the process to my healing.

I have been coming here for 3 years and I love it. Dr. Phillip is thorough and efficient. The staff is welcoming and in good spirits every time I visit. They also hire bilingual employees which is extremely valuable, especially in the medical field.

TLDR; unprofessional, felt like a scam and I didn't get any relief. I was really disappointed with this office. After calling and asking to book an appointment, I was told the first appointment would be and exam, an X-ray and a "15 minute therapy session(which I assumed meant an adjustment) for $40. After arriving they sat me alone in a weird room and closed the door for me to watch a 6-minute video designed to prove to me why chiropractic works(I'm literally already here, I feel like I don't need convincing?) The physician then came in and had me lay down one the table in one position, did not ask any questions or leave room for input, did not tell me a plan for treatment, then had me go to the X-ray ray room. After, he told the assistant to bring me to the "therapy room" where she, without explaining, put sticky pads connected wires to my feet and told me to tell her when it felt good.

I didn't know what feeling I was looking for, so I said it felt fine and she left for the 15 minutes. It didn't feel like anything at all was happening- I ended up asking her to take the pads off and leaving. This did not feel like a professional experience and I left feeling scammed.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful service. I've tried a couple other places in Memphis before and ultimately did not like them. They scared me away from chiropractors for a while. After doing research I found this company and I'm so happy I did. I left feeling so much relief and I had complete confidence in my chiropractor. My entire body felt like it was scrunched but after one adjustment I already feel so much better. If you're in any pain this is where to go.

K threw my shoulder off at work couldn't claim didn't want to get fired lol went to these guys and got it handled on my price range about 40 bones a visit. Nice people, clean office, and most importantly got my shoulder fixed.

This place is amazing! The staff are always so inviting and friendly. And Dr Philip has really changed my life and how I view chiropractic care. This place is so awesome

This is the worst chiropractor office ever. you literally go for months and they don't fix SHIT. your back still aches and pains and they'll blame it on your job and the way you sit. During the middle of a PANDEMIC they charged a card that i didn't even have on file any longer an "outstanding balance" which i was never made aware of and they claimed they've been calling me for months.

Which is a damn lie. don't go to this location stupid ass place it's just unprofessional ppl working out of a damn house. It's a small ass space and you're bound to get COVID-19. i guess that's why they're charging peoples cards bc there's no business, i told them to email me the "attempts" of them reaching out but they just kept me on hold for 18 minutes while they still dodged the question of why they were charging that particular card.

Also the arab girl af the front has a smart ass mouth and needs to be replaced. I was told "i'm not going to keep going over this" after i called trying to get an understanding as to why they're charging an old card. Totally unprofessional.

Clean office with a friendly, efficient and professional group of people. Treatment was prompt and gave instant relief of the persistent stiffness in my upper back. No BS, just a good treatment. Would recommend to friends and family. Ample parking in rear of building, close to the entrance. I was in and out in 45 minutes.

The office staff here is amazing. They really keep things moving so my appointments happen quickly without sacrificing quality. I had an 8 am appointment this morning that I wanted to move to 9am. I called at 7:40 am expecting to leave a voicemail. Someone answered in the first ring and was ready to help me. Super impressed!

Dr. Philip B. and his staff are very professional. Dr. Philip will take the time to make sure you understand what is going on and he will answer all your questions. It is very easy to schedule and they get you in and out and my back and neck feel much better after my visits! -Felicia O.

After a long time of having back pain and looking for someone to "fix" it I had just about given up when at a Run/Walk Expo I met someone from Dr. Philip office and talked to them about my pain, I made a appt and went in and talked to him and he said he should have me out of pain in a month. I found that hard to believe after several times having tried with others and it never worked, Well let me tell you he did.

Before a month I could walk into my office and to my desk without pain, I could walk into the grocery store and actually shop without pain, I could walk from my driveway into my house without pain. We are working on maintainance now but I am as happy as I could be with my treatment, He listens and if we have to tweek my plan he does. They work hard to get you "right" and keep you that way with as little time as required. If you have tried others and it didn't work please try him you will be amazed.

Dr. Philip and his staff are AMAZING! I have suffered from Whiplash injury since a child. My regular Chiropractor moved way out of town, so I was unable to make it to get adjustments regularly. Luckily someone referred me here, and I am so glad. I was in so much pain, and now a week later I am feeling so much better. I have now found something close and convenient to my home and work.

Do yourself a favor and give them a try if you are having any discomfort, or just to get things better. FYI, the first visit only cost 20 dollars, that included my X-ray, they donate your $20 to St. Jude, which just put a smile on my face. Feel happy to have found a great team!

Dr Dave is fantastic. His staff is very friendly, the office is very nice. I have had severe back pain and it seems to be getting better since visiting Dr Dave.
