Love the variety of classes at all hours of the day and evening. Sculpt for cardio and weight training, and various level yoga classes. I never thought I'd do hot yoga but now I'm pretty addicted! It's so good for pain, joints and taking that shower (the locker room provides) afterwards is glorious. The staff is so kind and friendly. The space is clean. There are Core Powers all over the country so you can take classes if you travel.

This is my favorite yoga studio in the Kansas City area. The instructors are great and I love the vibe in this place. But most important of all are the benefits that practicing yoga has had on my overall physical and mental health. I feel more energized and focused when I practice regularly. I love it!

This is a wonderful yoga studio, great amenities, great teachers who can teach clearly and take it in a pace, and help with right postures and asanas per individual. I have been to various yoga classes none I could enroll after first class, but this yoga studio is exceptional.

I just had the absolute best yoga class with Carlie. She is such an incredible teacher and her flows are beautiful bootykickers! Definitely recommend taking her classes, I'm only in town for a little while longer but will be back. Such a great intro into CorePower and my first in person class since COVID, felt safe comfortable and welcomed-and got a really good sweat on!

My absolute favorite yoga studio! Corepower Winchester is new, clean, modern and offers a great variety of classes. There are two rooms, a smaller one and a larger one. I really love the Candlelit Hot Power Fusion and C2 classes. Both are heated. Can't wait to try sculpt sometime! -sign up for a week of yoga free! Then you can drop in anytime that week and try out all the different classes. -All of the instructors are super nice and welcoming. Candace and Catherine are amazing instructors! - Great facilities: they have showers, lockers and lots of stuff in the bathroom so you can get ready to go out afterwards. - Don't be late for class, they won't let you in! It's disturbing to the other yogis. - they have a super cute store in the front selling everything you need!

Fantastic experience but way too expensive. The people were great, and classes were fantastic. I'd never experienced a better Bikram. I would love to go back for a membership if they had more affordable rates, but with cost of living the way it is, on an average salary there's no way.

Over the last few months, I have regularly been attending yoga sculpt classes instructed by Ashlyn Jumpponen. Her enthusiastic energy keeps the entire class engaged and motivated. Ashlyn regularly changes her class sequences and playlists. This keeps me excited to attend classes. Since taking her classes, I feel more toned and am consistently meeting my calorie burn goals each class. Moreover, in general, great staff, great classes, and the studio is going out of their way to create a safe environment for members to continue working out during the pandemic (i.e. mask requirement, temperature checks).

I cherish my yoga community so much! I appreciate the great lengths the instructors and manager take to keep people safe and grounded during the pandemic. High quality instruction provided by the best humans around!

Great place! My favorite location out off Silicon Valley and LA. Powerful and challenging classes. After doing yoga here I am feeling more concentrated, stronger, relaxed and have more mindfulness. Great teaches who guide you, always help and adjust postures. The instructors are top-notch. Melissa, Shannon and Kate are incredible. Bring yoga in your life to build up positive aura, live within your consciousness and spread happiness!

The instructors here are really great! Occasionally on weekend mornings it can get insanely crowded, so beware! Sculpt with Mike is phenomenal. He is able to push you to your limits but still bring some humor to the class so it's not purely boot camp style.

Went to the monthly free yoga they offer at True Food Kitchen in Country Club Plaza. Great opportunity to try their yoga for free-they integrate core / abs work towards the end of the flow session. Lots of modification options for all levels, & they offer hands-on help if you want it. Also, we got a discount on our brunch that morning since we attended. Awesome way to spend a morning!

I had an amazing workout at the Yoga Sculpt class! The instructor Mimi was so graceful and had incredible energy--I give her my strongest recommendations! It was an intense work out but incredibly fun. The music and the vibe is just right and the facility itself is clean and spacious. It was definitely one of my best experiences at Corepower!

Mike is a stud. Best core sequence in the Bay Area. Also check out Todd, Julia and ally's classes. I'm leaving for TruFusion next month but have loved the year and half I've spent at CP.

The classes are challenging and fun, the instructors are very good at what they do and provide hands-on adjustments where appropriate. Lora, the manager, is absolutely amazing. Her and all of the instructors try to make a point of learning your name and a little bit about what you are hoping to achieve with the classes. They make the whole experience very personalized and if you go regularly, almost like an extended family or support group for yoga and life health :

35 people in one small studio, my neighbors were constantly splashing their sweat onto my face and MOUTH when I did open mouth breath. Disgusting but Not their fault since we just honestly cannot workout without touching each other, how is that acceptable when you are paying almost $200 for monthly membership? Also, there was a couple doing some inappropriate stuffs when the instructor turned off the light at the end, girl touching guys nipple with toes. Ew. Get a room. This location sucks.

Pros: The facilities are well-maintained, blocks are provided in each class, instructors are convivial and take the time to try and learn new names, and if you are interested in sweating your ass off, most of the classes are heated to some degree. Cons: If you are an experienced yogi and looking to be challenged creatively to grow your practice, this is not the studio to live up to such expectations.

You can anticipate the exact same sequence in both the CorePower 1 and CorePower 2 classes, with the only difference being the faster pace as you flow through sun salutations in CorePower2. The instructors rarely recommend variations to any of the poses from sequence to sequence, and although you can expect minimal variations amongst the instructors, words spoken throughout each class seem perfectly choreographed, and at times, disingenuous.

If you are interested in an unlimited membership at CorePowerYoga, you are going to invest $200 per month. At that price point, I would much rather find a smaller, less corporate yoga studio that encourages originality and has the sense of community that I feel CorePowerYoga is lacking.

My favourite yoga place in California thus far! (I've only tried LA and the Bay, mind you.) Chic, modern setup right when you walk in. There are yoga outfits and garb for sale on the left, check-in straight ahead, and the yoga rooms to the right. There are little cubbies for you to place your shoes, but full on lockable lockers further in. My bestie took me to sculpt hot yoga today and WOW!

I can easily say it was the best hot yoga/strength training/cardio session in a LONG time. Totally full class at 5pm on a Tuesday. Caitlyn was an awesome instructor. Loved her. Weights and yoga blocks are provided inside the room. I'm definitely going back! Heart eyes!

I usually go to YogaSource in Los Gatos but decided to give this place a shot. I love it! I love hot yoga / pilates and the Yoga Sculpt class is a perfect combo. I'd say it's different than the other hot classes I've been too since it is more yoga than HIIT. I would normally prefer more of a HIIT/pilates but I actually love the yoga flow to the class! The studio room is a bit small but hasn't really been much of an issue. Excited to try out more!

Best yoga studio ever! The instructors are really nice and even though they follow a similar flow they each have their own style. The rooms are hot, but bearable unlike many other hot yoga studios. I like that the instructors make adjustments and sometimes mini massages : Also, they offer one week free for new members and offer over 15 classes a day so there's really no excuse not to try it out.

I really enjoyed the last 2 classes. Maria is an amazing instructor! I come from a Baptiste Power Yoga studio in San Antonio and I am a Power Yoga Instructor as well. I would love to see them speak more to breath and proper alignment so people can really get deep in posture. Maria did it for me and she was vet good at assisting me in getting deep into my bends and twist.

Overall I really enjoyed the customer services and teachers staying after for feedback and questions. Last thjng. lavender towels were the best! Will have to do that at one of my classes!

Did the 1 week free trial, and for the most part really loved this studio! Super clean facility, great workout, and everyone who works there is very friendly and welcoming. My first class was CP2. which unbeknownst to me was actually a heated class. Luckily, the studio had towels and water available as I did not come prepared with either of these things. LOL.

Amazing workout! I also tried to Hot Power Fusion Candlelight class, which was very therapeutic, and the best thing to do after a long day at work. My only complaint is that these classes are probably not the best for newcomers, as the teachers didn't really explain poses but rather quickly moved through them and identified them by name. During the HPF class the teacher often mixed up poses in her flow sequence making the whole thing a little confusing. I've been practicing yoga for over 5 years and still found it a little disorienting. This may have more to do with individual teachers than the studio as a whole. and I will definitely be coming back!

I have told myself since last year that I need to start doing yoga. So when I came to visit my friend and she told me she was teaching here, it was a no brainer. The studio is really nice. Located in a plaza with plenty of parking. They have a retail area in the lobby where you can buy mats, pants, shirts and what not. The changing room is really neat with lots of places to store your bag, couple of clean showers and bathrooms.

They have a special for new students: one week free! And your first class comes with free towel and free mat rental. I took a yoga/sculpt class and a C2. The yoga and sculpt was pretty intense for me. The room is heated and having no experience with heat or yoga, I was afraid I would just pass out in there. Luckily the class was awesome, you can make it as hard or as easy as you wish and I did not feel like ppl were judging me for not knowing what I was doing :) oh I did not faint (yayy).

The C2 class was way better for me. Heated room still but more slower paced with more stretching exercises. Really loved the experience. I took both classes with my dearest friend and awesome instructor Diane! She has a very soothing voice and is good at giving you pointers in order to improve. She is also receptive to your thoughts and comments about each class so feel free to chat with her after class! I highly recommend this place.

This place is OM-MAZING! My journey with CorePower Yoga began in this location. I'm glad I came to know about this business through Yelp, THANK YOU YELP! Every instructor's class (whichever I attended till date) was good & thoroughly professional. I've enjoyed the classes of Kaylee, Kathleen Pa, Caitlyn W, Kristin T, Kevin L, Danielle St & Shelby Lu so far.

They don't hesitate to volunteer to help, as they assist you whenever you require a help. I've already written a review about another CorePower Yoga facility in San Jose (https://www.yelp.com/biz/corepower-yoga-san-jose-3). Like I've mentioned there, every instructor's teaching style is different. If we understand it, then we won't be having any problem in receiving it.

I appreciate all the Yogis working here, for each of you're doing a Wonderful job in making your clients realize the value of Oneself through the right positive energy. Specs of the Studio, - This studio is comparatively bigger than the other location I've visited. Their studio rooms are big as well and their walking area/ lounge/ retail shopping area are spacious.

I personally do not mind the size of the yoga room as long as I've a good space to practice yoga, which I must say that both studios in San Jose (Winchester & Golden Triangle) are great places to work on your yoga mats. - This studio is maintained neat & clean. Their Yoga accessories like weights/ mats/ blocks/ belts are all in good condition to use. - There's a locker area inside the Changing room/ restroom. It's of great help. Speaking of Changing/ rest rooms, they are decent as well.

The transformation you experience via Yoga is gradual. I'm sure people who already are aware of this, enjoy practicing yoga and I'm one among the proud ones. #WhyIYoga? my answer is simple. Coz at the end of each class, I realize three things every time, 1. My Strength 2. Confidence & 3. Complete Rejuvenation You get the best result from what you give! (This applies to any goal in life right?!) Overall, my experiences with this particular location is an absolute delight & appreciable.

Like they say, "No Pain, No Gain", let's continue to show up on our Yoga mats for a better tomorrow. P.S: The complex has sufficiently large parking lot area and there are ample parking spots for CPY visitors.
