Holistic healing is a very in-depth process similar to peeling away the layers of an onion. As a practicing naturopathic consultant, I use a combination of natural healing philosophies such as nutritional assessment, homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine theories, essential oils and aromatherapy, herbology, stress management, and my knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body.
Based on the individual’s unique needs and goals, a team-based supportive relationship is cultivated as we work together to identify different options to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. These options may include dietary, environmental, and life-style changes, herbs, or detailed information regarding other healing modalities that may be helpful. All options are natural and holistic and are based on each individual's personal beliefs, customs, and life philosophies.
The initial consultation will consist of an extended conversation regarding your submitted health history questionnaire and includes other health assessments which generally takes 1-1/2 - 2 hours.
Follow-up visits are generally scheduled 3-4 weeks after the initial consultation but may be adjusted to accommodate the special needs of each individual.

She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years and received training as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Having worked in hospice situations and with cancer issues, she has special insight into the special needs of people faced with life threatening illnesses. She holds a certification from the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy in the use of essential oils and aromatherapy.
