The spine is our backbone and extends from our necks to our tailbones. A healthy spine is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. The spine consists of 33 relatively small bones, called vertebrae. The neck part of the spine, called cervical spine consists of 7 vertebrae. There are 12 vertebrae in the upper and mid back (thoracic spine) and 5 in the low back or lumbar spine.
Chiropractors work with the bones and nerves of the spinal column and spinal cord respectively. Chiropractors spend years of highly specialized training in order to locate where misplaced spinal vertebrae are impinging the nerves which travel down the spinal cord and out through the spinal column to the muscles, organs and glands of the body.
Dr. Seery entered the Chiropractic Health Care field following a car accident in which he injured his lower back and legs. Through the help of his father, Dr. William Seery, Sr., and another chiropractor, Bill rehabilitated and now has no difficulty or pain. Being treated conservatively without drugs or surgery he saw the important changes and increased health and well-being he received through Chiropractic Care.
Have you ever wondered how much education your Doctor of Chiropractic is required to have compared to a medical doctor? Look at these basic educational requirements for graduates of both chiropractic colleges and medical schools. Each has its own specialties, but the hours of classroom instruction are about the same.

Bill is the best! I've had a never ending headache for months, after leaving his office I was in instant relief. He got every crack I needed out! I strongly recommend this place if you're having any neck or back discomfort. He's very knowledgeable, and he really cares. Very affordable if your insurance is not covered.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional in his practice. I would recommend everyone to visit this establishment at least once to see how feels to be treated and informed on your ailments. The exams were precise. The information and real-life examples the doctor used to describe moments when pain would be at its highest was spot-on. Do your pockets and your body a favor and schedule an appointment with an individual that takes their occupation seriously, and treats their patients respectfully.

Dr Bill is AWESOME. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Anytime someone says they need a chiropractor I tell them they should definitely go see him. He's the BEST.

I've been to Chiropractic care all over and I have to say Bill is the best, he has that ability to get you moving without hurting. Carol is sweet. This is a military friendly establishment that I highly recommend.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a chiropractor, and I have been adjusted by more than 10. Holistic and military friendly.

I've been seeing chiropractors since age 14, so needless to say I've seen about a million of them. Dr. Seery is one of my all-time favorites. He really knows what he is doing, has a knack for it, and very much individualizes treatment (he does more than a generic, one-size-fits-all adjustment). They also have massage tables to start off every treatment, and it feels great.

I saw him for scoliosis, but I also went to see him following a car accident. I was unable to move my neck. I completely trusted him, though, and sure enough, one snap-crackle-pop later, I had neck motion. He's also a nice guy, and Carol at the front desk is really nice too. Dr. Seery was one of the only perks of living in that part of Virginia. No offense to anyone who still lives there.
