What a professional freindly business. This is the 3rd office I've been to and the best. I've received the best care here at this facility. They have p.t and massage beds, if you're looking for more then an adjustment. What a great staff.

I have been to other Chiropractic practices. I found Dewald to be my favorite. The staff is caring and competent. Plus there is a variety of services from message to specialized treatments. I referred my mom she also loves the service.

Got in the same day I called. Was having excruciating back pain and spasms and with the massage and the doc working on me, the next day I began to feel a little better. Wonderful office and the staff was so caring about my well being. I will definitely go there again when I return to Lancaster.

Went for the first time last week. I've been dealing with neck pain for years and I'm hopeful it will be relieved as much as possible. Doc and the staff were super friendly and I felt well taken care of. Looking forward to my next visit. I just wish my insurance was a little more accommodating to this area of healthcare. It'll be worth it though.

I've been a patient at Dewald Chiropractic for about four years. I suffer intense migraines and muscle spasms. The care I receive from Dr Dewald and his staff is outstanding. The front office staff is friendly and accommodating, the massage therapists are caring and knowledgeable and Dr Dewald is experienced and compassionate. This is a wonderful environment to receive treatment and be cared for.

Had my first ever chiropractic visit today & it was awesome! already even booked my next! i recently found out my insurance covers a certain amount of visits per year, so i called last week for today's appointment. making the appointment & completing all the prior paperwork was very easy & straightforward. the location of the office was very easy to find. the environment inside was very peaceful & relaxing. & all the staff was very nice. Brooke was the therapist that helped me out prior to seeing Dr. Dewald. she was very sweet, caring, & the massage i received by her was amazing! i had some pretty rough knots in my traps & she did wonders getting them out! Doc was very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional! he helped me understand what exactly was happening to the spine during an adjustment & why it's a necessity. & his adjustment was quick, painless, & felt way better than i had anticipated! definitely felt a release in my neck & back that i wish i had done earlier lol

4 years later and had to come back. Even though the staff is different they are still amazing. Everyone is kind, professional and helpful. While my pain wasn't as bad as it was 2 weeks ago it helped me tremendously. I didn't like the medication I was given by my Doctor after visiting urgent care for back pain. It made the pain go away but made ne nauseous and dizzy.

So I reached out to Dewald Chiropractic. Obviously everyone has issues. Work, mental or physical stress and these things will eventually get to you. If you're looking for relief without the side effects of certain pain medicine then this is the place to go. Thanks for everything.

I went in earlier today as a first time patient and had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Dewald is very knowledgeable and such a nice person. His team was very friendly and helpful. I have to say, for my first ever chiropractic appointment, these guys were fantastic. They got me in as a walk in with virtually no wait. The staff was all super friendly and professional. And the Dr was phenomenal, with a great personality (I clicked with right away) and knowledge pool. I definitely will be telling anyone who needs the adjustments to see him!

Wow I love the ambiance of his office I walked in there was a pic of a fireplace looked like real fire and towards the back a hugh screen of snow falling it looked so real. I found out they play a DVD it feels like you are in a remote cabin. Dr. Dewalt so down to earth and knees his business, he is very knowledgeable of holistic approach to health eg. Eating healthy, exercise, the order exercise.

He even has an small exercise room in his facility wow I was very impressed. And his staff so friendly and personable. I'm sure I'll be as good as new soon. I've been to several chiropractors in this area, but Dewalt is by far the bedt

He yelled at me. I'm 66 years old. I was terrified. After my amazing tmj massage his tech gave to me, She left the room and Mr Dewald came in shut the door. I was alone with him when I asked if I get a massage. I paid $30 extra. I didn't realize the TMJ massage was the half hour massage. I have insurance. He spoke loudly, do you think you didn't get your frickin money's worth! Etc.

His eyes were glaring behind his mask. He asked if I wanted an adjustment. He cracked my back and left. I won't be going back. He seemed unstable to me, fragile. From reading some of the negative reviews, I'm not the first person. He calls himself a doctor he's a chiropractor not a medical doctor. Far from it. unprofessional. Fragile. Jeez.

They have hands of electric relief their firm but gentle touch erases all you aches and tight nerves so they relax. Fist couple of visits are a little tense then everything settles down. WHAT A TEAM!

I feel like a million bucks every time I come out of here. It's the best. You feel like a brand new you!

I moved 2 years ago & haven't been able to find a chiropractor nearly as good as Dewald. Definitely worth a visit, every time i'm back in town. also, no ones ever been able to adjust my lower back, but he was able to! I recommend this office to any & everyone 100%.

Insurance picks up the first 30 minutes, Always a must to pay out of pocket for the next 30 minutes for a full hour massage. The Doctor is always great at adjusting, the staff there is always in a great mood and very pleasant to take care of you. Open on Saturday for all you folks who work down below. I give you my massage therapist name but shes just to dam good, I cant have her always booked up.

Hello everyone! So I come here on a regular basis to help with my back issues and so far have not found a place better. The staff here is always friendly and the therapist are all kind and do their job well. Just make sure that you are very specific and tell them what's wrong and they will take care of the rest Dr. Dewald will answer any questions you have and will provide you with some life style changes that will help you in the long run with your issues. And yes the adjustments are going to be loud if it's your first time or you haven't done it in a while! Have fun everyone!

I have only visited this clinic once so far but as of now my experience has been positive. I had an afternoon appointment after lunch on a weekday. I arrived early to fill out my paperwork as requested. I was a little hesitant about getting treated as this is my third chiropractic clinic and they do things quite differently than the other two doctors I've visited (in other states).

There is a lot of paperwork to fill out explaining their treatments, disclaimers, and possibilities of additional charges. It is quite thorough so be sure to read all of it. In the past I had seen chiropractors strictly for adjustments and occasionally for E-stim and a few other modalities. After my comprehensive exam with Dr. Dewald, I was given e-stim on my problem areas and then a massage by one of the assistants/practitioners.

After that, I saw the doctor again for a quick adjustment. I feel a lot better after visiting even though it was a lot different than what I'm used to. Even with all the additional treatments, my copay was still the same. They charge a $1 card fee but they offered to add my balance on to my next visit so that I only had to pay it once. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

I have been going to Dewald Chiropractic for the past 20 years. I have referred friends and both my daughters have been treated by him. The environment is calm, spa-like and the staff are great! He also is great with recommendations for my personal wellness to balance out my mind-body! You will love the place also. Some of the best massages I've ever received have been in his office.

Dewald Chiropractic is a highly competent and caring team, and those qualities flow down from the top. Dr. Dewald knows his profession very well and he is consistently assessing my overall health. My occupation has put significant stress on my spine for 24 of the past 30 years. After only three visits, the excellent care I received from Dr. D and his staff had me handling a 45% increase in spine loading compared to what I've been able to do over the previous five years.

It happened without me initially noticing how much more I could do because there was. no pain! This truly caught me by surprise - and we celebrated on my next visit to the clinic. I am very pleased and will post a progress report in a few weeks. This is also a very efficient operation. Dr. Dewald sets standards worthy of top notch healthcare and his staff delivers.

Be on time to your appointment. They get you in and get you out on schedule, but they thoughtfully apply an abundance of skills and therapies while doing so. I became a patient for Dewald Chiropractic after having a horrible experience with another local chiropractor. I began getting massages and adjustments when I was about 2 months pregnant and continued up until the week I gave birth. My pregnancy was very smooth and my labor was quick and relatively easy because of weekly adjustments. Dr. Dewald has pillows designed for pregnant women to make their stay comfortable, and all of his assistants are familiar with the special needs of pregnant women. I highly recommend Dewald Chiropractic to anyone with aches and pains during pregnancy or any time in general!
