I've been coming to Dharma for more than three years now. Online and in person, I benefit so much mentally and physically from the classes. It helps so much to relieve back and neck tension, and the studio is a safe escape for about an hour from the hustle and bustle of a busy schedule. Thank you Keith and Camilla

Keith has done an amazing job running Dharma Yoga. The studio is intimate, clean, warm, comfortable, and relaxing. Keith takes the time to prepare themes for each class, often reading beautiful passages and sharing anecdotes of wisdom. He is truly a natural and gifted teacher who provides ease and reassurance. I leave each class with my mind both swarming with thoughts of reflection of the interesting questions he asks and calmer from the meditation practice.

He takes the time to know each student by name and encourages them during class. The most meaningful part of going to Dharma Yoga for me recently is the way Keith has kept the community safe during COVID. With a space for people who are fully vaccinated and required masks, it's currently the ONLY yoga studio in Austin I feel safe and comfortable going to because of his extra care and caution for others.

I know others might think it's not comfortable, but it's really not so bad and most of the time I even forget I'm wearing one because of how connected I feel to his instruction and guidance. I noticed he keeps the used blankets after class in a separate spot from new blankets, meaning he takes the time to clean them. He uses a variety of yoga accessories (mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks) to help us with some amazing heart-openers.

The class I attended last night felt so relevant to the current topics in my life, and I woke up feeling wonderful with a heart of gratitude. I feel very lucky to attend Dharma Yoga and take some of the best yoga classes of my life - thank you, Keith!

Keith is a kind and wonderful person to learn from - on and off the Matt. New to yoga this studio has welcomed and helped me find my practice. If your interested in yoga or like me and your doctor keeps telling you to try it - come here. My body and mind feel great! I am not in the greatest shape amd I am not very flexible but I am getting there! This studio does great modifications and keeps an eye on finding your edge whatever that is!

I have been to a few studios and they all have strengths but I will say a special strength of this place is the patience and self awareness brought to every session. It's more about finding time and space for self care and awareness- I find myself looking forward to sessions. Great studio! Come join us!

Safe and Exactly what I need from a yoga studio. The classes are meditative, sometimes vigorous, and always spiritually deep. At no time am I left flopping around on my mat like a fish in a boat trying to catch up with the class. Instead the instructions become part of the meditation.

The yoga studio is beautiful! I would love to have those hardwood floors one day. Most of the yoga instructors are personable. The only problem was the co-founder Keith. I find his approach to yoga intensely egotistical and misinformed. Aside from that, the last week of my month long membership there, he was sure to tell me that I only have five days left.

I responded in a friendly manner, acknowledging that I know. Then, he went on to inform me that I cannot re-buy their Groupon. Well, duh. Why was that necessary? Only little Keith knows. The prices versus what you actually get is not really worth it, imo. Plus, I did feel very weird going to such a spiritually inclined/performative space that is part of gentrifying East Austin. Strange how people work, isn't it? I won't be going back.

I took a zoom class today led by Keith. It felt like a journey into all the feelings with gentle transitions through them (poses and feelings). Good stuff. Feels pure with added energy, ancient with modern feels, grounded but with some wings. This was possibly one of the best classes I've ever taken. I can't imagine how sweet in-person class would be. Highly recommend :)

Dharma Yoga is an incredible studio in Austin. I've learned so much by attending classes with Keith and Camilla. The stories shared in class reflect the challenges and rewards of practicing the dharma in daily life. This studio is a harbor of wisdom, joy, and compassion when life gets wavy. If you're seeking guidance, fitness, or meditation practice, check out this sangha!

I cry. I breathe. I evolve - at Dharma Yoga. The depth, humility, wisdom and love are in the soup in which yoga teachings are mixed at this lantern post on the path of growth and healing. I cannot wait to return and miss it deeply. I am now going to see what they offer in these challenging days.

Dharma was my introduction to yoga and I could not have asked for a better experience! Carisa greeted me right when I walked in for my first class and I felt immediately welcomed. The classes and instructors have all been top notch and I'm looking forward to attending more classes at Dharma!

At first I didn't know what to expect from this place but its definitely my favorite yoga studio. I'm not very tech savvy so it took a while for me to get logged in. Once Keith and I finally figured It out I signed up for a Wednesday class with Rebekkah. Her class was amazing, like the Zen of my week! Thank you!

My absolute favorite place to practice yoga.in Austin and beyond. I've attended a number of classes with various instructors, but my favorite class and instructor is Karin for Friday happy hour yoga.it is 5pm and is 60 minutes. I've never had an instructor that I disliked. When I first started going to Dharma, I found myself attending Camilla's classes often.

I think she is a co-founder of Dharma with Keith. She is fun and relaxed, but she typically includes at least one element of partner work and some free form dance. If this is not your thing, it is something you should be aware of. There is only one studio space here so there are not any simultaneous classes. Almost all of the instructors have an uncanny ability to remember your name and face after meeting you just one time.

This is an all levels class, but I think it is mostly geared towards someone who has at least done some yoga before, however if you have never done it before, they are quick with modifications. Some classes can fill up quickly leaving you to practice in the lobby, so get here early. Parking is limited, but generally easy to get a spot on the adjacent street. Mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets are all available to use, so you don't need to bring anything if you don't want to. Lastly, this is one of the few places I've seen at least some body diversity. Most yoga places I've tried around Austin, I'm the only larger person in the room. Just something to consider if this is important to you.

I took the Vin and Zen class with Bekkah Wednesday night. She is phenomenal and the class was so well rounded. It shifted smoothly from core strengthening flows to peaceful meditation and I left feeling revitalized! Best yoga class EVER!

An awesome yoga studio with friendly staff and convenient class times. Keith the owner is great and I would highly recommend Beckas Monday or Wednesday class. If you're a new member I recommend checking GroupMe for deals.

I attended this studio for a single drop-in class. I appreciate this studio for its pleasant ambience. It has nice wood floors; no wall mirrors at the front of the room, instead it has nice imagery; good lighting; and nice folks. Keith's class was unique (there was a handout at the beginning of class!). I can definitely recommend a visit. I enjoyed mine. Thanks, Y'all.

I've been to three classes now at Dharma and each has had the same welcoming, accepting atmosphere but with unique practices per instructor. I highly recommend the Gentle Hatha class. with Bobbi it's incredibly relaxing and a great stretch, with Kevin it's invigorating and takes that flexibility even further. Check out their website for the class packs and make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes early to get a good spot.

I have been doing yoga for 17 years and the Saturday morning All Levels class was hands down the best class I have ever been to. The studio is gorgeous and inspiring the class had a unique mix of yoga postures, chanting, a short partner shiatsu massage and a moving meditation. The teacher, Camilla, was amazing. Too bad I was only visiting from LA or I'd be there every day! :

This place changed my life. I received the 200hr teacher training several years ago. What I received during that time was a fresh start, a starting point for a journey of healing and a compassionate spirit that has allowed me to share my practice with others. I will forever hold Dharma near and dear to my heart.

I've been to about 5 classes with Dharma Yoga. I love what they do with their space. It just feels so peaceful! I always feel transported--as if I was doing yoga in India. The instructor that I had asked us for our names once and then she repeated all our names right before class and she asked if we wanted to work on some specific part (back or neck were the answered), then they read small story and then we started our practice. I feel great after coming here, but it's just a bit too far from where I live for me to commit to more classes.

I have been taking classes at Dharma Yoga for over five years now. I absolutely love the teachers. Camilla is a gem of a teacher. Her calm and genuine demeanor is very therapeutic. Every time I leave her class, I feel relaxed and calm and life is good. This is my weekly therapy. I love her technique - it's very open, flexible, and she teaches a variety of fun partner work, meditations, and flows. As long as I live in Austin, I will continue Dharma Yoga's classes. It is a true mind-body-soul experience.

Want a yogi/yogini home? Look no further if you desire to deepen your yoga practice with mindfulness. The studio is small, intimate, with a beautiful vibe of zen. Expect to feel welcomed by Keith & Camilla's smile and be reassured when they remember your name! The staff are incredible! Don't forget to take a class with Erica, she'll really make you feel like you deserve your shavasana by the end of the class. I've been to many yoga studio's in Austin & have never found anything like it. Want some guided meditation? Prepare for a life changing experience when you take the plunge and commit to regular visits here.

Dharma is the best yoga in town. That is, if you want to practice the full scope of yoga: mindfulness, meditation, yoga philosophy and a strong asana flow. Each class has a clear, thoughtful theme and I always learn something - both about myself, yoga and buddhism. My body also feels healthy, clear and vibrant. I do recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and enjoy the beautiful sanctuary.

I love this place. They add intellect to our practice by explicitly combining discussion of Buddhist practices with yoga. They also bring in the ways we can use distinct poses to stimulate various organs and mental states. I leave every practice refreshed and comfortable. My only (very personal) complaint is the group work. I'm not a group-work person, but I am getting used to it.

At least once a class, we get in groups to deepen practice. This is uncomfortable for me--but I am becoming accustomed to it. They foster community throughout the practice (including group work) and I greatly value it.

I have been doing yoga off and on since I was a child and this is by far the best yoga studio to which I have ever been. My practice has grown by leaps and bounds under the tutelage of the owner/directors, Keith Kachtick and Camilla Figueroa. They always have top notch instructors who embody the Dharma philosophy of a spiritual practice. The space is serene and the vibe is total Zen. At Dharma yoga it's more than a physical practice it's a spiritual exploration. I'm so happy to have found this blend right in my own backyard!

This studio deserves more than 5 stars. I have been attending classes since 2007 when Dharma was in a different location on Guadalupe. The teachers are some of the best in Austin. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming for all. Dharma Yoga beautifully blends yoga and Buddhist spiritual practice for students on all levels.

Second time at the Manor Road location, and I really enjoy the studio. Keith is an excellent instructor and yoga is practiced appropriately compared to other places I've observed. No, I don't object to energetic yoga as "exercise", but I prefer mindfulness as the major driver, or what's the point? After a session here, I feel peaceful and centered. You'll love the location, as it's easy to find and parking is available.

The studio has a lovely Zen ambiance and great air conditioning. They'll provide you with everything you need, so leaving your mat at home is ok, plus the pricing is super competitive. I'd truly love to give them 5 stars, but I'm annoyed by the number of yogis they'll allow during a session. I don't mind closeness, but I should be able to stretch out, without bumping into my neighbor. Namaste

In this challenging world, I do depend on Dharma Yoga as a regular way to get centered, healthy and more inspired in my life. I've been going to Dharma Yoga for nearly a year. Austin is truly fortunate to have one of the best centers for yoga right here in town. They do a beautiful job of combining mindfulness with yoga. Varying levels are offered from gentle to challenging - they pay attention to each student's level of skill so no one gets hurt and yet the more experienced people have the options to try more challenging variants of poses.

The combination of Buddhism and Yoga is brilliant - each teacher has their own way of using that deep philosophy with yoga practice to mutually illuminate each other. Thus, they really optimize the positive effects on mind, body, and spirit.

First time in a class, I have done yoga at home though. Awesome experience, Gigi was great. I enjoyed the slower pace and hold positions a little longer than other instructors. It really made your body work. The positions she had us try at the end were a great starting point and I find them very useful. I am sore the day after, however, not that bad and I feel I got a great workout without breaking a sweat. She ended our session with very calming relaxation time, her voice was very soothing.

The best yoga studio in Austin, in my opinion. Great teachers, atmosphere etc. etc. Classes are not cheap but are delightful enough to be worth their price. The studio itself also has a nice zen and is located right off of Guadalupe on the drag - check it out.
