We will be more than happy to supply all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. A special program is set aside every Wednesday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm for welfare patients. This is not a state funded program, however a program designed specifically by Dr Davis. Care is available at no cost or only $10.00 for those that qualify. Dr Wade Davis DC
Dr D Wade Davis is a native to Idaho. His roots begin with his great grandparents George and Jessie Davis in the late 1890's. Dr Davis was raised in Pocatello until 1972 when his father was transfered to Lewiston. He graduated from Lewiston High School in 1986. Dr Davis then went on to undergraduate school at ISU and UofI. He moved to Dallas Tx in 1988 and graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1992. He has practiced in Idaho since.
Dr Davis just opened his own clinic again after the past two years working in another clinic in Pocatello. Dr Davis has been trained in most all techniques of chiropractic. "It does not matter what technique is used, I just need to get the patient feeling better as quickly as possible and make sure that I treat them as I would want to be treated."
Dr Davis has post graduate certifications in FSM "frequency specific microcurrent", NAET "Nambudrpads Allergy Elimination Technique", Auricular Therapy, Nutritional Injectable Nutrients Certification and a Fellowship of American Board of Integrative Health Sciences and an Adjunct Faculty Member of Lady Melina Memorial Medical College and completed the first year of Naturopathic Medical School.
