One of the most aesthetic tea/herbs place I've been to! From the moment you walk in everywhere you look it's so colorful. I would order from here online but today was the day I would come to their physical shop and I regret not coming sooner.

I visited Dragon Herbs for the first time and had a great experience! The jasmine green tea at the bar was delicious and delicate. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be back!

Had no tea because of their new renovations to the spring menu. Could've gone somewhere else but heard amazing reviews about this place, disappointing to go and not have tea at a tea bar

Ordered "top shelf" schisandra berries. Absolutely garbage, they were extremely dried out despite proper storage on my part & produced NO color other than a very faint yellow tint. I know what it should look like. Expiration wasn't until next year. The "herbalist" I emailed was curt & completely unhelpful until finally they didn't reply to my last email. Did not offer to even replace & ignored most of my questions.

This place is amazing! I had such a great time. I drank three different kinds of yummy tea at their bar and then did some shopping! I bought a jar of whole roses, rose black tea, and lychee black tea and the manager gave me almost a dozen free samples! Their prices are crazy reasonable and the energy there is so beautiful, and they have hundreds of herbs and concoctions. Get to this place fast!

Truly wonderful people here. A Truth Calkins interview reminded me of how fantastic Dragon Herbs are and how important it is to support the three treasures. I am grateful for their assistance, I called in and they were very helpful. I hope they are able to open the tea bar back up soon for those of us willing and able to assume the inherent risk and joy of meeting "belly to belly."

Quality and quiet elegance. Useful advice, truthful. Depth of knowledge. It is leas noticable online or by phone, but trust me, it is still there.

I can't believe I've never done a review on this place. It's been one of my favorite spots for supplements for the last three years. Parking: I always find street parking on Robertson and there is a lot in the back (off of Colgate) that is always open. The staff: Really knowledgeable - especially Daniel (my fave) and Gabriel. Products: I've been frequenting DH for three years but in the last few weeks I've had to come here twice to get a remedy for a chest cold.

The first time, my throat was hurting so horribly and I was coughing incessantly on a Saturday morning. I got a tea blend (at the bar) that had loquat syrup in it plus some other fixings! After a few sips, I immediately began to feel better and by Sunday, I was on the mend. We came the following week to get the same thing for my husband who had a chest cold. I guess I passed it to him. Whatevs! Nonetheless, the same remedy worked for him!

I'm giving a 1 star because every time I go here they are very under staffed. The staff is usually nice however this is a management issue. I don't mind paying top dollar for hers and $30 for one cup of tea, however it may take about an hour just to check out. Management needs to train staff on multitasking various customers as well as maybe hiring on an additional cashier.

Since we pay top dollar and are actually the paying customers, I feel like we deserve at the minimum a timely check out. At this point, I'd rather buy through Amanda Chantal Bacon, she always puts her customers first.

Chinese licensed practitioners and herbalists are great and highly recommended I got recommendations for my liver health and what was causing me to feel blocked.

Yogic Empowered Solutions is our programs and we get their herbs for clients and take them through detox programs and other wellness areas.

They are also the most caring people and Ron is a Qigong master so the energy healing is beyond spoken words when you can, go to Beverly Hills or Santa Monica locations and have a fresh made Elixir at their bar, and enjoy Reishi, my favorite!

5 stars for the products and concept of the store. 1 star for the horribly low-vibe, condescending herbalist named Roland. I was super-excited about visiting after a very long hiatus from the old 3rd Street location. After watching a few inspiring Dragon Herbs vids, I set aside my Sunday morning to drive out from Glendale (fully intending to spend a fun/ lazy morning checking out the store and tonics).

The moment I walked into the empty shop. I sensed his anxiety/ almost annoyance at my nerve for having walked in smiled, and said hello. I went ahead and asked some questions anyway, and he kept interrupting me while directing me to a whole bunch of different products not having fully heard anything I was saying. The guy was just not present. I ended up buying a couple bottles of things I didn't feel I would use because I was concerned about the immune stimulating properties of some of the ingredients, so before I left the parking lot.

I turned back to return them and get the item I had been wanting to try in the first place. First, he scoffed at my reason for the return (which I really didn't need to give him), then followed with pretty much these exact words "whatever, you can do what you want to do". Damn straight, I can. My body, I know it better than you do. *This* guy is recommending stuff to improve *my* health? Whatever he's doing clearly isn't working for him. Medicine doesn't just come in a bottle, it comes in the delivery and the energy of the healer.

Gabriel gave me a consultation and made some recommendations of what would work best with my situation. I sat down and enjoyed one of their elixirs. Taste was great. The ambiance of this place is so relaxing I could see why people would just like to come in and hang out for a bit even get some work done. I truly recommend that you try this place if you are looking for some herbs that will uplift your soul body and mind. Thank you to all the staff

Dragon Herbs is a nice tea house in Los Sngeles. The seating includes bar seating and a semi private room with chairs and tables and a dining table. Nice staff and good service! They also sell cute tea ware. I had the Goji leaf tonic bliss tea and really enjoyed it. It's light and suiting.

A very cool place for a healthy drink! The bartender was very friendly. We enjoyed our tea there. The parking lot at the back is an added bonus!

Very informative and welcoming staff. I had a personalized herbal consultation by one of the senior herbalists and she was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The atmosphere makes me feel like a witch, or, that's just me. But I can dig the large brown spinning chairs and the green, brown, gold, and purple tones. There is a bat, and I definitely tried one of the smoothies, the tonic alchemy smoothie, it was energizing indeed. This might become a staple, I know they have another location in Santa Monica which I checked out and the staff was equally helpful as well.

Today I popped into dragon herbs for a tonic and received some of the warmest and patient service I have ever received! I wish I could remember his name, but I visited on a Wednesday around noon. The barista walked me through the entire menu and prescribed my husband and me drinks he recommended for our particular dispositions. The teas were both delightful and I sincerely enjoyed sipping mine on the whimsical carved wood stools. While we enjoyed our tea we got oodles of information about all the medicinal herbs and supplements the store offers. Such a lovely experience!

How disappointing to come into what seems like a spiritual and calming space and have some of the worst customer service I have ever had. The lady that makes the teas was on break and there was absolutely no one else there to greet and help customers. Another lady came in and walked out after 5 mins of not being helped at all. Will recommend that people avoid this shop.

I was so excited to come to Dragon Herbs on my most recent LAdventure. I had first been introduced to the line of teas/herbs and tonics through Erewhon on my last trip to LA. While it wasn't quite the magical experience I had built it up to be in my head - I did enjoy exploring this unique tea haven. The store is impressive - with their diverse array of teas, their large handcrafted wooden swivel chairs, their lovely wooden tea bar, and their mesmerizing section of holistic products and snacks.

The gentleman behind the elixir/tea/tonic bar gave me a menu to look at. Dragon Herbs' menu is a thing to behold. It's big, lengthy and full of magic. To be honest - it's almost too big. I think less options or having someone walk you through the menu - would be helpful here. The gentleman assisting me - recommended an energizing tonic and he answered any questions that I had in regards to it's ingredients.

Another staff member was even kind enough to let me sample one of the pricier teas that I was considering buying. I ended up exploring most of the store on my own. I was ready to buy countless teas and products here, but I ended up just buying that energy tonic drink. I'm not sure if I would come back to this Dragon Herbs location, but I'm still glad that I made the trip. Trust

I cannot believe I haven't written an review before. I was introduced to Dragon Herbs about 10 years ago when I was having issues with my weight due to birth control. I would go to the SM location. Well as I entered my 20s I kinda forgot about self care. I found my way back to this location about a year ago and am obsessed. They are so helpful!

I take herbs regularly for energy and to help with my cycle. TMI I know. But deal w it. I also came when I was sick and they gave me stuff to help with stomach aches and a cold. And whenever I get a headache or migraine, I come and get an elixir: The Women's Balance. It works EVERY time. Every time. I've also gotten an energy tonic. The Gogi berries are so good! Also their Spring Dragon Tea! They are SO helpful and kind and knowledgable. MY FAVORITE PLACE!
