Everyday activities and eventscar accidents, sports injuries, repetitive stress activities, even prolonged sittingcan result in painful joint, muscle and nerve dysfunction. I saw Dr Erickson two thirds of the way through Ranger School. Prior back injuries were flaring up again and, after meeting with him, he identified that I had also injured my supraspinatus tendon to the point where I couldn't do lateral raises with a 10lb weight. Thankfully, through a couple sessions and recommended rubber-band exercises, I was able to recover, get back to Ranger School two weeks later, and complete it with no back or shoulder issues!
