Craniosacral Therapy works on the tissue that houses and attaches to the dural tube in your spine and the ventricles in your brain. Your cerebral spinal fluid continually moves in a "wave like" motion but when there are areas of restriction, this movement is limited and restricted. By releasing your connective tissue (fascia), restrictions are released and movement can return.
Energy work has been practiced in Eastern countries for thousands of years. Medicine men/ women and Shaman have worked with energy to restore health and to help the dying transition with greater ease. There is no greater healing than to face the end of your journey with only love and no fear. I have studied many different types of energy work including Healing Touch, Reiki, Quantum Touch.
BodyTalk is a modality that energetically reconnects different parts of the body with itself and with the brain. Everything that is going on in your body is reflected somewhere in your brain.
