Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
Once the paperwork is completed, we will have you watch a short video about chiropractic. If you want to save time, please download the new patient forms and present them on your first visit. Dr. Gabe will ask you few questions to understand your current condition, past medical history, and your healthcare goals.
You know that your body is controlled by your brain, but the spinal cord and vast network of nerves that carry its messages are just as important. When this system is not functioning at its peak, your body's overall performance suffers. In the chiropractic world, we don't use drugs to treat our patients.
If you know you will be standing for an extended period, make sure that you wear supportive shoes and make sure you know how to keep good posture. Good posture is the key to a healthy spine. Keep your chin up and your shoulders back. Keep both feet about shoulder-width apart. Make sure that you are getting up every 30 minutes to stretch, even if you just walk around for a few minutes.
