Ever since he was a child, Dr. Levine knew he wanted to help people. Growing up, his mom struggled day in and day out, working as a single mom cleaning houses. She would come home in pain every day from the tough work she did, and I would always try to help her. Watching my mother suffer every day lit a fire in me to help people like her.
Dr. Sam Wechsler is extremely excited to have joined Friends & Family Spinal Care, and we are so happy to have him as part of our team! He earned his chiropractic doctorate from Life Chiropractic College West, and prior to moving to Florida, he practiced in Honolulu, Hawaii. He attended Vanderbilt University for undergraduate and was an English Teacher in Shenzhen, China for 3 years.

Amazing place! I met Dr. Levine when I was 4 months pregnant and had just started having back pains because of a few fractured ribs from a year ago. Not only did I get rid of the rib pain but the weekly spinal adjustments have helped me feel great throughout my pregnancy. Soon, my husband and two year old son also joined the family plan and we will definitely keep going. Friends and Family Spinal Care is honestly one of the most pleasant places where I've been to - not only do they offer professional care, they also treat their patients like they really care - they know everyone's names, call you to check in, adjust appointment times as necessary and I was even offered extra adjustments during my last trimester. Honestly - Heaven on Earth : Can't recommend this crew enough

The staff at Friends & Family Spinal Care are all very nice and friendly. I met with Dr. Josh Levine and he was very honest with me in saying that I really need to get treatment for my back even if I don't go with their facility due to insurance and cost issues. I felt like I was in the Christmas movie Miracle on 34th Street where the Santa gives parents other stores to go to for buying Christmas gifts. Dr. Levine understood that I couldn't afford their services and that my insurance does not cover their treatments.
He then still went above and beyond by getting me a name of another back specialist who could possibly treat me and might be less expensive and is able to take more insurance plans. He obviously really cared about my situation and just wanted me to get some form of treatment for my back. He even had the staff put my x-rays on a disc so I could take it to this new place that possibly could treat me.
I would highly recommend this place. They obviously care about their patients and it's not just about making money. Thanks again for the referral Dr. Levine. I do appreciate the kindness which you certainly didn't have to do.

I was recommended to see Dr Brown by a friend who has been seeing him for 5 years. My immediate complaint was vertigo. After just one treatment my vertigo was gone. I am now enrolled in the program and have seen the numbness in my arm and fingers alleviated as well. I have been more conscious of my posture and feel overall less tension and headaches.

Since the first day I walked in for my appointment it was first class service all the way! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and even took care of my newborn so that me and my wife could focus on getting the best care needed. I have been going for over a couple months now and I definitely feel a difference in my neck and posture. The doctors are super thorough and explain your care plan to you in detail. I would definitely recommend this practice 100% if you are looking for the best treatment possible.

I had been in pain for over 3 years now. There are times the pain was so intense it would bring me to tears. I couldn't even be on a computer for longer than 15 minutes without feeling pain in my arm and hand. Little did I realize it was from a car accident I had 22 years ago and the affects had settled in my neck causing a pinched nerve that would cause pain to run down my right arm and hand.
I am so grateful to Friends and family spinal care. Though I still have a ways to go, the pain has lessened tremendously and they have given me back mobility and quality of life. The staff is amazing, and extremely friendly. They have always gone over and above for my appointments and any questions I have. I highly recommend them highly to anyone who is having any issues or to even just get an assessment.

I have had a great experience with this practice. Everyone is very caring and compassionate. They listen and are willing to work with patients other doctors to help optimize patient health! Not to forget the kindest from desk staff. They have watched over my kids while getting adjusted and are always flexible in scheduling and rescheduling!

So thankful for Friends & Family Spinal Care! I came in yesterday in a tremendous amount of pain in my neck & back after being out of the area for awhile. After Dr. Levine's adjustment & applying a heating pad to the affected areas as he instructed, I experienced a GREAT amount of relief from the pain and was able to sleep really well last night!

If there was such a thing as 6-stars. Friends & Family Spinal Care would deserve one. Everyone at FFSC is as friendly & caring, as they are professional & experts at their craft. Perhaps the best aspect of attending FFSC for my Chiropractic needs is the careful care & attention to detail they perform; to ensure I understand not only WHAT is being performed. but additionally the WHY.

Woke up today with my wife screaming and crying in pain. She felt a severe pain in the thoracic area of her back and had trouble breathing we had no idea what it was but believed it could've been pulmonary embolism so i rushed her to and urgent care clinic near us. We got there and ran some xrays and blood work and everything came out good but the pain was still severe.
A couple of my friends actually go to friends and family clinic and recommended us to be checked out by Dr levine. He immediately gave us all his attention and had us go there soon after we left the Urgent care which worked out great for my schedule and convenience. when we arrived, we were greeted by their staff with lots of empathy given the situation, the hospitality was amazing, we ran several tests and was asked to return later in the day to go over them.
We found out the source of the pain she was feeling and to our unexpected surprise found out the source of other conditions my wife was having that we had no idea what was causing them. This visit was a blessing in disguise and i have no words to express my gratitude for such outstanding care that was displayed towards us. My wife has a displacement in her vertebrae that is the source of these ongoing pains, when the Dr. realigned her vertebrae my wife felt immediate relief and was able to breathe again because this displacement was putting pressure on her rib and lung.
He warned us that the displacement has been that way for years and that a simple realignment just once is not the long term solution and that a follow up for the next couple months are necessary to repair years worth of damage Which makes sense. I saw a couple reviews here before i decided to write mines because i wanted to see what people had to say.
Most of them are complaining about prices. I want whoever reads this to just consider how much is your health worth to you?. for me, i find comfort knowing that there are professionals out their that dedicated years of their time to study a condition that could be treated to provide my wife and many others a better quality of life. In that note, i will say the treatment is not cheap and to those that expect it to be then sorry, i guess your health isnt as important to you as you think it is.
However given the delicacy of her condition it is not expensive either. my wife's health has no price tag and after seeing here relieved and hopeful every dollar will be worth it. Food for thought.

I went to family spinal care for the first time today and right from the beginning I felt very comfortable. The front desk employees were extremely nice and welcoming and introduced me to Dr. Sam. He's a very nice guy and super knowledgeable. The tech used in this facility is awesome and it's so clean and nice inside. I know I have a lot of issues with my spine but I'm confident in the team here to help me through it and can't wait for my follow up appointments!

Love this place! I've been going through some health challenges the past 6 weeks and everyone here has been so amazing and supportive. I have had neck issues/pain for years and never really prioritized taking care of myself as a mom of two young boys. After ignoring my body which was sending me warning signs I finally hit a place that I needed to do something about it.
I'm so glad I came to Friends & Family. Even though I am in the beginning of this healing journey I am already seeing progress, headaches almost gone, I can sleep in 3 different positions rather than only one and I don't wake up with a headache like I used to. I have increased range of motion when turning my head to both sides (which was limited before). I truly believe if given half a chance and the right tools our bodies are so amazingly designed they WANT to find balance and heal. So glad I walked in the doors here!

Everyone here is so nice! I always bring my 4 year old with me and all of the staff interacts with him. I've been to plenty of health care providers that don't acknowledge you when you come in or give attitude because they don't like their jobs. That is definitely not the case here! A+ for customer service

Started treatment in Jan 2021. Everyone from the beautiful ladies at the front desk to the doctors and X-ray tech are all wonderful & very welcoming! I used to suffer from intense migraines at least every other day for YEARS! After my first day of receiving treatment, I have not had one migraine! I couldn't believe how much the pressure on my spin affected my body. My sleep, posture & bowel movements have improved as well! I have pretty much recommended my entire family and friends.
