Dr. Burkley is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and is especially-excellent with sport-type injuries and aches and pains. He is very thorough and knows how to get to the root of a problem. He is extremely honest about what you need and don't need as far as care goes. Our family goes here for different reasons and he has helped us so we can continue being active.

Dr. B. is hands down the best in the business! I would recommend him to anyone in the need of his help!

I have a lifetime of experience (on and off) with Chiropractors. Dr Burkley is BY FAR, the best, most comprehensive chiropractor I have ever been to. He stretches me, focuses as much on the muscles as he does the joints, it's like nothing I have ever been to before. I live out of state now, but when I come back to Raleigh, I always make sure to book an appt ahead of time. Walk-in' in, floating out. Seriously.

RCST is awesome! Dr. Burkley is very thorough with his evaluations and has a wonderful approach of treatment. He explains what he is going to do, before he does the adjustments and I think that helps ease a lot of tension. I recommend him to all of my family and friends!

I was in a car accident two days before moving to a new state so when my neck was hurting so bad I could barely turn my head and a number of other aches and pains I started calling doctors around the Raleigh area. After around twenty different doctor offices told me "no we don't accept car insurance" one of them finally referred me to Raleigh Center for Spine and Trauma. Dr. Burkley and his team not only accepted my insurance, they were able to see me the same week and start treatment.

Everyone is very friendly! Dr. Burkley is very nice and so is his office team. After a few months of chiropractic care I am feeling much better than when I first went in after my accident. I would definitely recommend them to treat your aches and pains!

Dr. Burkley is the absolute best at what he does. I was in severe pain prior to seeing him and he literally worked out all of my back pain so that I could walk pain free.
