Dr. Segarra is a 1998 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois. He has practiced in the state of North Carolina ever since. He has treated more than 10,000 patients. I walked into this office with pain in my hip and a limp and at the gym my squats always had a slight shift to one side. All of that is now gone after seeing Dr. Segarra. He identified my problems and created a treatment plan that addressed and corrected each one. Paige and Mindy are amazing and make you feel like family. My two year old loves to hang out with them during my treatments! Everyone is friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them!

I decided to go because the reviews were great and it was very close to me. I have enjoyed going and the personality of the ladies who takes care of everyone. The best part is that o could barely turn my head to my shoulder to the right. After the first week I could feel the relief and turn my head over my shoulder easier then before. The more I go the better I feel. Looks like I will make sure to stick around for the long hall because I feel so much better then I have for a long time.

I had lingering back pain for over 3 months. I sit at a desk for work all day and the back pain became unbearable. I was beginning to have trouble doing various activities. I saw Dr. Segarra and with in 2 weeks I was finally able to function again. The pain has gone away and we are currently working on strengthening my back to ensure this issue is permanently fixed. Highly recommend him. Super personable staff as well!

About 9 weeks ago I hurt my back and was worried that I would need surgery to repair it. My mom had suggested I go Harrisburg Wellness Center. So I did. On my initial visit I was very nervous that a Chiropractor could not help me. Boy was I wrong. Dr. Segarra informed I had herniated my L4 disk which was leading to severe sciatica issues in my left leg that went all the way to my toes tingling.
He told me it could be repaired with a comprehensive therapy program. So the process started with decompression and Laser therapy. After several therapy sessions I was beginning to wonder if this was working until he found the spot in the nerve that was casing me so much pain. Thanks to Dr. Segarra and his staff, doing decompression and Laser Therapy, 9 weeks later I am back 85% of my strength without having to have surgery and on my way hopefully back to 100%. I would diffidently recommend their services if you are issues with sciatica or back pain.

I found Harrisburg Chiropractic from our insurance provider. We just moved to North Carolina from Arizona, and I wanted to find someone to continue working with my back issues. I went in yesterday for an assessment and X-rays, and came in today for a review and scheduling future appointments. I know I've only been in twice, but WOW. I was so blown away, I had to write a review right away!
The girls that work there are SO nice. Every single one of them. Dr. Segarra is phenomenal and really knows his stuff! The best part is he's from New York and he DEFINITELY has the personality to match! Everyone there really made me feel like family--within two short appointments! He even followed up with a phone call after our appointment to see how I was feeling! Dr. Segarra has numerous tools aside from adjustments, which I thought was really cool.
Immediately after my first "treatment" my back started feeling better! I'm so excited for my future appointments and I'm so glad I found this place! If you're on the fence about coming here, do it. You won't have any regrets!

I love Harrisburg Wellness Center! You're instantly greeted by the friendly receptionists. I have seen other chiropractors before, but have had a different experience with Dr. Segarra, in a positive way. He not only does spinal adjustments on me, but also works to help strengthen my muscles, where I feel pain. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Segarra and their whole team are amazing, professional and result oriented. I called one day when I was in a lot of discomfort. Ms Mindy was so kind on the phone; that was an awesome first impression. Ms Paige is also very friendly, and you can feel her smile even through a face mask. They seem to know every patient by name. I've had an overall excellent experience!
I have been to their practice regularly for a few weeks now due to neck, shoulder and hip pain. Right after my first adjustment I felt like they removed 20 pounds from over my shoulders, and the hip pain is gone. I trust their care and knowledge. They went above and beyond to show me some exercises and stretches to optimize my recovery. I'm hoping not to be back in that level of discomfort, but if I ever needed, they would be the first ones I would call.

As a software developer, I sit in a chair for long stretches of time. Consequently, this caused chronic neck and lower back pain. I went to Dr. Segarra and he has been highly effective in treating these conditions. I'm now able to hold my head straight ahead while reading or looking at a computer screen. He is a very caring doctor. He spends considerable time in learning about my activities so that he can provide the best treatment.
He also spends adequate time with me in the Exam Room. On one occasion I suffered from vertigo - the whole room was spinning. Worst thing I ever experienced! I went to Dr. Segarra and he treated me by doing some adjustments. It solved the problem and I have not had vertigo ever since. He is meticulous, caring, and diligent. I highly recommend him.
