During a holistic health session, physical illnesses are considered symptoms of a greater imbalance that may have a root cause in the physical, but also may include the emotional & spiritual. Clients often find that by experiencing energetic emotional release, physical pain is reduced or disappears. Holistic Health sessions are made by appointment with Lezlie Cebulski, ND, EFT-ADV. Sessions address the person as a whole: body, mind & spirit. She specializes in helping clients to radically improve their self-image. Clients typically report significant improvement within 1-3 sessions with lasting results.
The goal of the sessions are to:
* Increase the functioning of the body through nutrition & detoxification.

We all know that excessive stress is bad for our health. But, what is "stress" anyway? Is it always an experience beyond our control, or do we play a role in it? Key concepts in the field of energy psychology explain how we interact with others based on our unique emotional biochemistry, thought habits & expectations. The key concepts are:
* Our thoughts produce emotion.
* Emotions produce specific chemicals in our body (neuropeptides) which saturate our cells.
* Over time, we can become "addicted" to certain emotions (whether they are pleasant or unpleasant) .
* We then, unconsciously, set our lives up so that we experience these emotions and the relationships that produce these emotions throughout our lifetime.
When you feel happy, your body will produce happy' neuropeptide equivalents such as joy has a joy neuropeptide. Feel angry, it will produce angry' neuropeptide equivalents. Your psychology, via neuropeptides, literally becomes your biology.
Once neuropeptides are produced, these messenger substances flood the body with information. This information influences the way your body works! Your body then feeds back to the mind, affecting how you feel and even what you think.

Someone had written about Lezlie's ability to get to the core of the problem and I couldn't agree more. She is so passionate about helping others by getting to the root of the issue. I have learned so much from Lezlie about EFT, tapping and essential oils. The knowledge she has shared about these have become an integral part of my daily life and those I care about.

I have dealt with chronic back and leg pain for years. Lezlie's insight, knowledge and dedication have helped me find relief using custom aromatherapy, spiritual guidance and counseling, Reiki and recommendations for professional dietary supplements. My pain has become manageable, I can sleep at night without medication, plus my love life and days are full and enjoyable.
I cannot imagine a day without her lovely body mind lotions and essential oils. Lezlie was a godsend during my recent knee recovery always checking to see how my pain relief was progressing and encouraging me to continue with my physical and emotional goals to achieve a much more pain free existence. One of the greatest talents that Lezlie Cebulski has is the ability to get to the core of what is going on, and then formulate a custom Essential Oil Blend and life strategy. Her custom aromatherapy products use pure essential oils, flower essences, and gem elixirs, and are charged with sound, color, Reiki, and prayer. I find her custom products to be magically effective!

Lezlie was instrumental in changing the entire direction of my life. I was able to move so many emotional blockages with EFT. She gave me the courage, guidance, insight, and even the words I needed to say in order to change my occupation and my life. I have also done muscle testing with her to find different remedies my body needed. I was able to finally feel the energy and vitality I had been missing.

Back in 2013/2014 I was I the trenches of a relationship with a salsa dancing narcissist. I searched for an EFT practitioner to help me unhook from him. Lezlie's office (when it was in Plymouth) was so warm, inviting, and comfortable. When we did the EFT tapping I had a lot of emotional release and she lovingly held space and helped me tap it away.
She also did color therapy for my chakras.a lot of red therapy for my root. I was too scared to let go of that toxic man. I was addicted. Lezlie's aromatherapy line is VERY potent! She gave me samples of oils to help me sleep. I was under a lot of stress because I was in massage school, living with my mom who is also a narcissist, and dealing with one romantically.
The oils and mind/body lotions helped tremendously! All of those things helped me heal enough to get through massage school and get away from my mom. There was a time she had products heavily discounted for testers to try and leave reviews. The Sweet Dreams mind/body spray ALWAYS helps me sleep better! My massage clients almost always pick the White Amber Ginger massage oil too. The House Blessing spray pretty much instantly clears out funky energy in your home. Lezlie has a gift to reach the emotional baggage from the past and help you navigate and heal from it, as well as helping you grow even stronger from the past hurts.
