Holmes Spine & Sport was founded in 2004 by Doctor Staush Cass. Holmes Spine & Sport takes a multi-discipline approach to treating injuries and ailments. Their goal is to be a "New Generation of Healthcare". In doing so, they have combined a number of conservative approaches under one roof making it easy to get complete care.
Our staff of doctors & therapists are here to provide professional chiropractic care for a healthy and active lifestyle. Our team includes two chiropractors, a sports nutritionist/personal trainer, two massage therapists, three modality therapists and of course our wonderful front office staff. Dr. Staush Cass is a native of Holmes County, Ohio and has participated as an athlete at West Holmes High School. As an athlete it was natural for Dr. Cass to pursue a career in chiropractic care as well as receive extra training to become a sports physician.

Dr. Brooks and Dr. Jon helped me so much whenever I would get injured playing soccer. They were quick to acknowledge my needs and ready to come up with a plan to not only treat my injuries, but also prevent further injury. I haven't had a new injury since coming here, and I was able to fully play in my last year of soccer after experiencing hip, achilles, and quad injuries. DSM Spine + Sport has aided me in a healthy lifestyle and have supported me so much throughout my athletic journey. I would recommend coming here to anyone!

I had hurt my back while golfing, went to a Sports Medicine Doctor and did two months of physical therapy, still not better. I had never been to a chiropractor before. My first visit was with DR. Jon, he took the time to get to know me and my problem. After one visit i was shocked how much better i was feeling. I would highly recommend DR. Jon and DSM Spine and Sport.

Very happy I reached out to this place! Not only is it chiropractic care, but also other therapies such as dry needling, cupping, etc. I reached out to them after I had some shoulder issues which caused tingling down my arm. I was able to get in quickly, and saw Dr. Jon. I appreciated his time, trying to get to the root cause of my issue. I also appreciated that I didn't feel like he was rushing me out to get to the next person, he took time.
Not only did he do back/neck work, also some soft tissue/muscle work. After my first visit he referred me to Dr. Brooke for dry needling. I was a bit hesitant, but also tired of the issue I was having. She was very good at explaining the process and guiding me through. I had almost immediate relief after having the needling done. Tingling gone! I was extremely pleased with both Dr. Jon and Dr. Brooke and will definitely go back!

I came to Dr. Jon and Dr. Brooke after hurting my back while doing an overhead lift. Dr. Jon understood my physical background and went through a thorough exam and gently made some manipulations and adjustments and while it was not fixed in that one visit, I had significant relief. I followed up with dry needling from Dr. Brooke. After 3 visits each and doing my homework I was able to resume my normal activities and had 95% of full movement back. The facility is very nice and the staff are helpful and professional. I wish I had switched sooner! 10/10 recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Jon! I was having significant back pain + numbness in my leg that was inhibiting me from being able to pick up my toddler. He was able to get me in right away and after just one visit, I was feeling significantly better. I felt that Dr. Jon really took time to understand my specific situation and adjusted my care plan accordingly to help me feeling better quickly.
I've seen other chiropractors in the past and have never had this level of thoroughness before treatment started which made me feel even more comfortable with his recommendations and adjustments.

My back/shoulder was in so much pain when I broke down and made my appointment, but I am so thankful that I did. I just got into bow hunting and from practicing so often, I strained my back/shoulder. Dr. Mike was great during my first appointment and listened to my issues so he could get a clear understanding of how to treat my injury and pain. He prescribed manageable stretches and repeat adjustments that got me feeling better and in the stand just in time for season. Dr. Jon is also awesome, I have seen him many times.
We have the best conversations while we work on my range of motion. Jenni is also the best! She is always so welcoming and we also have great conversations. So. You won't regret going here, everyone is amazing and they genuinely care about you. It is clear their patients are at the core of everything they do. Great staff and great experience with Dr. Jon who does a great job in addressing your needs and targeting pain areas of the body. This is a great place to go for chiropractic care. I also met with Dr. Brooke Bear at the same location for physical therapy for a torn mcl. With her knowledge and by applying her techniques, my knee was back to normal in a matter of weeks just as she expected.
