I came to Dr Kimberly with a messed up shoulder, couldn't raise my arm past shoulder height without pain or limitation. I decided to try chiropractic care prior to seeing an MD. After the first consult and adjustment, I already felt better. It only took a few adjustments to be good as new. That was 6 years ago, and I continued to see Dr Kimberly since that time for adjustments as needed for hip pain, back pain, neck pain, headaches, etc.

The Dr Larsen team has been my life-saver for the past 6 years. I am cash pay and have always purchased their "10 sessions" for a special price and can use them whenever I need to. Dr Kimberly has kept me moving and feeling my best through most of my 40s when those aches and pains start setting in. Go see them! You won't regret it!

Dr. Kimberly & Doctor Larson have Treated me since I gave birth to twins in 2019. I was a mess! As a former athlete, with a back injury, They understand what it takes to get you put back in place and not be in pain. I was projected to have surgery by the age of 25 and now I am about to turn 40 because of chiropractic care. Moving to Laveen in 2017, I was afraid I wouldn't find the right place to continue on my path of non-surgical intervention for disc herniation, disc compression, and a thoracic fracture. In&Out is amazing and they really care about their patients!

Great doctors who take the time to take an interest in you and know what they are doing. I love that they explain the body to you so that you understand the treatment you are getting. I would highly recommend them.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Nels. The doctor gave me pain free quick friendly service. I recommend them to everyone. I will be returning on a regular basis.

So I've been having serious backpain for years when driving for long periods of time or sitting in a desk chair for a long day. Had to use my HCSA money before year end so I decided to visit In & Out. I'm not a huge fan of "popping joints" really but I am so glad I chose In & Out which I did because of neighborhood recommendations. Super nice people and never felt uncomfortable at all. Dr. Larsen asked me some questions, did a quick exam of my spine and legs and made some minor adjustments.

The weird thing is I was in pain but didn't even know it. Doesnt make sense, I know. Nothing in my back was hurting at the time of the appointment until he lightly touched some spots on my spine and I felt immediate pain. That might not sound good but I was amazed. Those were the spots where I DO feel pain after sitting for long periods. As stated he made some adjustments and I felt immediate relief and could move my right arm in ways that would have triggered sensations prior.

He suggested a followup to which I agreed just to ensure things were still aligned. A week later, a minor adjustments. 1 more followup with a few more adjustments and I no longer feel the pain when sitting. And the crazy part is he did the same exact thing on the 2nd visit and this time no pain at the slightest touch like the first time. What I liked about the Larsens and feared about other chiropractors is the "subscription" or "package" sale.

They did none of that. Just recommended a couple follow ups and then said to set up more time if I'm feeling any pain again. And for that, I will most definitely come back. I have always been skeptical of chiropractors but no more. In & Out has won me over.

This place is great. Super friendly with great hours. I have alot of back issues. when my back flares up i get adjusted and it helps significantly! I highly recommend using them! They are quick, effecient, friendly and clean!

I've honestly have never been here, but I called just to ask a question and Dr. Larson answered the call. He went way above and beyond of giving me helpful information and being straightforward of what to do for treatment. But he also assured me to call next week to see him if it wasn't better. Great personality and very friendly.

Absolutely the best place I've ever been. Also the best people I've ever met. Chiropractic seems to be a labor of love for these talented doctors and they show genuine care and concern for their patients. My wife and I moved far away from Laveen and they are still our docs. It would be hard to find another practice like this. I once saw Dr. Kim drive to pick up a patient who was in great pain and bring her to the office for treatment. Yeah, they go the extra mile for ya.a valuable community resource owned by a couple of uncommonly personable, knowledgeable and empathetic doctors.

They are so personable and well educated and know EXACTLY what they are doing. Whenever I have neck issues I run to this place!

I swear by these guys. i had a major foot problem, my dr. was gonna do surgery. after visiting in and out they did some adjustments and after about 3 weeks of this my foot stopped hurting. 4yrs later im pain free and enjoy weekly adjustments. nells and his wife kimberly are very nice people and really want to help anyone that needs it. they strive for customer satisfaction and they got it from me and my entire family!

Best doggone chiropractors I ever seen. Best doctors I ever seen period. They are a very valuable community resource. We've only known patience and understanding from these fine folks.

I was injured in a horseback riding incident. For about 6 months I was in terrible pain. After my first visit to In and Out Chiropractic I felt MUCH better. A few visits later and I was back to normal. Doctors Kim and Nels are upbeat, positive and very skilled in their profession. If you are in pain, I highly recommend them.

Terrible personality! Nels had a short fuse and a hot temper if you disagree with him. Very immature. There are so many even tempered good chiropractors out there, why would anyone ever want to put up with him and his 3 minute adjustments?

Yay for In and Out Chiropractic! They always do a great job of living up to their name! Dr. Kim Larsen and Dr. Nels Larsen are also great at taking the time to listen. They are quick and efficient at what they do, but I never feel rushed through an appointment. My back, neck, and carpal tunnels have never felt better. A true asset to Laveen!
