It's our 1-on-1 quality care philosophy - a patient-centered approach to treatment. At Joint Ventures, we treat people, not patients. We restore health in several ways and offer a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. Patients are not just a diagnosis to us. We are a team of board-certified clinicians who check in with patients on our days off, who volunteer at the Boston Marathon every year, and who regularly educate local sports teams on injury prevention because it's the right thing to do.The bottom line is, our patients matter to us.

An estimated 90 million people in America experience dizziness or vertigo in their lifetime. The most common type of vertigo is caused by a problem in the inner ear, known as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). The vestibular system is located behind the eardrum and is essential in controlling your balance.
Often your physician or physical therapist will suggest aquatic therapy as part of your rehabilitation program. Aquatic therapy utilizes buoyancy and hydrostatic pressure, as well as variable resistance to create a workout for those who need a non-impact, yet challenging rehabilitation program.
Research has shown that a multidisciplinary team including your doctor, dentist, and physical therapist is the best option for treating the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The TMJ is where the lower jawbone attaches to the skull to allow the mouth to open and close. Similar to any other joint in the body (knee, shoulder, or ankle), the TMJ has muscles, ligaments, cartilage, and even a disc that effect its function when these structures don't work correctly, it can cause pain in the jaw, head, and neck.

JV is the best place I've been to for physical therapy (and unfortunately, I've been to several). The staff is friendly, my appointments have been on schedule and my therapist has been fantastic.very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. The place is hard to find though.just go to Boston Sports Club in the Pru and you'll see the sign to the left of the front desk. I recommend this place highly.

The staff are very welcoming, prompt and are accommodating to each of your needs. I've worked with Christian at the Prudential center branch and he does a great job in therapy, giving you confidence in your recovery after each session. I would definitely recommend this place!

Clark is an amazing physical therapist. His high level of expertise, nurturing care for his patients and wonderful sense of humor make it an absolute pleasure to work with him. He also has an incredible ability to educate his patients on the workings of the human body - which has really helped me understand the 'why' behind the exercises he recommends - which in turn makes me want to do them more often! I'd highly recommend him & the JV group to anyone looking for great PT care!

I went to Joint Ventures on the recommendation of a friend and I am very happy with the care and concern for my well-being. I have been debilitated by arthritis in my hip and lower back, and due the pandemic I became a real couch potato. But I believe Joint Ventures will get me moving again!

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that all PT sessions are 1:1. At other PT facilities I have felt abandoned and forgotten, but Joint Ventures does things right. I've had sciatica symptoms for the past 2 years and Ally has been a tremendous help so far. Highly recommend coming here if you have been experiencing frequent pain. All staff seems highly knowledgeable!

I highly recommend Joint Ventures Prudential. From per-registration, to reception, to the therapist, all was professional and efficient. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm only past me second visit and I feel positive results with the issue I am visiting them to overcome.

I have recently had the very unfortunate experience of having a full tear of my rotator cuff as well as a tear of my bicep ligament. I could not be happier with the post surgical physical therapy that I have received at Joint Ventures in the Prudential Center. My therapist Megha Bahtia has been thorough, informative and given me the tools to start getting my function back. The office staff has been excellent with scheduling my appointments and securing my insurance reimbursement. I highly recommend this practice.

I've had such a privilege working with Joint Ventures over the years for 3 separate injuries! Their front office manager, Natalia, knows everyone by name and is amazing when it comes to communicating with insurance companies for you. Their billing personnel treated me with kindness and respect when I was at my worst and definitely NOT the nicest person to them when my insurance changed and rejected some claims.

And Jaclyn and Megha are AMAZING at what they do with regard to rebuilding you from the inside out- after years of chronic pain, being able to stand on one foot and having Megha applaud me brought tears to my eyes and it's amazing to work with these kind, caring individuals. Hands down, I'd rate them 10 stars if I could!
