Classical homeopathy finds a remedy for you, so instead of masking symptoms it uses FDA-approved remedies to stimulate your innate immunity to overcome serious emotional and physical dis-ease. As a Certified Classical Homeopath, I passed (in 1996) the only national exam that indicates an assurance of competency in classical homeopathy. Since then, I've worked with children and adults suffering a wide variety of complaints. Homeopathy is the most popular form of alternative care in Europe, and has support from Nobel scientists. Certified Classical Homeopath/Homeopathic Master Clinician

After a couple of decades as a writer specializing in engineering, environmental science, and natural health, I began studying homeopathy at the National Center for Homeopathy in 1993. I almost immediately decided I wanted to become a homeopath, and I advanced through courses at The Five Elements Center (NJ), Teleosis School (NYC), and Luminos Homeopathy (NYC). My education included supplemental seminars with global homeopathic leaders Jan Scholten, A.U. Ramakrishnan, Rajan Sankaran, Massimo Mangialavori, and George Vithoulkas.

In NYC, in 1995, I had an additional 6 months of supervised clinical practice by taking patients on weekends with Joel Kreisberg, DC, CCH, a chiropractor whose work was entirely homeopathic. Few Certified Classical Homeopaths in the U.S. get this extended mentorship in a medical setting.

By 1996, I had more than double the hours of study required to take the national certification exam, which I passed to earn the title Certified Classical Homeopath. A year later, I wrote a Master's Thesis on the treatment of hyperhidrosis with homeopathic Spongia, and received a Homeopathic Master Clinician diploma under the tutelage of Louis Klein. Earning my CCH also required that I pass college-level anatomy and physiology.

In 1995, I co-wrote a study workbook for The National Center for Homeopathy and contributed often to Homeopathy Today. I've written dozens of articles about homeopathy for national and local magazines and newspapers. I also produce a homeopathy e-zine, and teach courses on homeopathy here in Southern Oregon.

I've been a practicing homeopath since 1996. My clients include people of all ages, with sufferings of many sorts. Everything I do in homeopathy is fascinating, challenging, and its own reward. Confucius said, "Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life." That's how I feel!

When I'm not working on a really intriguing case (you, for example!), I bike and hike with my husband and terriers, volunteer for the ACCESS Food Bank, donate blood regularly, and sing with The Voices of the Applegate. I also go to seminars...and read, read, read, read, read homeopathy!
