By bringing you back into balance, creating a deep rooted self-belief in yourself and introducing wellbeing tools, you can achieve many of the thing you'd found difficult with in the past. I have been working as a Wellbeing Therapist for 20 years, using my toolkit of therapies to find the best solution for my client to find their way back to themself.
My passion for wellbeing began over 20 years ago, and my learning around this subject has been continuous. Not only for my own emotional and mental care but also for each new client, who give me a unique insight into the different ways people heal and move forward on their journey to wellness. My love in all things holistic started after my Grandad developed Dementia and as an aid to my Nan, who was caring for him and taking the brunt of his moods, insomnia and anxiety.I researched many holistic therapies and alternative treatments from herbs and essential oils to nutrition and reflexology.
I have just finished a course of hypnotherapy sessions with Katie and would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about having hypnotherapy. Katie was very welcoming and took the time to really get to know what I needed help with. She tailored the session specifically to what I needed and I noticed a difference from the very first session.
Katie's therapies include Self-Belief Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Wellbeing Therapy, Energy Healing, Past Life Regression and Meditation. 200/hour - Are stress and anxiety ruling your life? I developed Wellbeing Therapy sessions to combine my therapeutic tools to help you ease your anxiety, tension and to cope better with the stresses of daily life.
Energy Healing is a collective term for the different healing modalities I provide. I became Usui Reiki practitioner in 2002 then furthering my training in 2008 to becoming a Usui Reiki Master. Over time my Usui Reiki healing developed to include crystals, sound and essential oils. I trained in Angelic Reiki in 2016 and found this healing modality to be so powerful that I no longer used Usui Reiki techniques or symbols. I became an Angelic Reiki Master in 2017, enabling me to teach this healing modality to others.

I am so thankful I discovered Katie and The Haven, I wasn’t happy with certain aspects of my life and felt I was in a vicious circle. I've been a client of Katie's for almost four years now and initially booked a session as a treat to myself, to revitalise and re-boot. As a professional with long working hours and odd shift patterns, I wanted to focus on my health to help ensure I took care of my physical and emotional well being. I felt a holistic pick-me-up to help me sleep better, focus better and generally feel better was just what I needed.

I initially saw Katie for Reflexology and found the session both effective and super relaxing. I definitely slept better as a result and choose to continue with regular sessions. Over time they helped clear colds and congestion, irregular periods, tummy upsets and 'wear and tear' from exercise. I was impressed with Katie's professionalism and holistic approach to my all round health and general well being.

She supported me through the physical demands of training for running a marathon with massage, helped overall health with Reflexology and promoted relaxation and emotional well being with Angelic Reiki.

I've had a little sleep issue for the last 30 odd years. I really have tried everything and have been on various sleeping tablets for the longest time. I had been aware of the benefits of hypnotherapy and desperately wanted to give this a try as a last resort. I have to say my 3 sessions with Katie have been life changing for me. After the first session, I listened to her guided meditation some nights to fall asleep, and then I was able to fall asleep on my own.

After the second and third sessions, I have had no problems in falling asleep and staying asleep for 5 or 6 hours. I am not a person who needs alot of sleep, so the 5 hours is fabulous for me. I can't tell you how happy I am with this result. Katie is so good at what she does she has been great at advising and asking the right questions in order to go ahead with sessions.

I currently undergoing another series of hypnotherapy sessions with Kate, for another issue, and I know results will be life changing also. If you are thinking of hypnotherapy to help you....I would highly recommend Kate. This has been the best investment I have made in myself. Thanks so much Kate!
