I was seeing Julianne and she left. Now I am seeing Dr Marino. Dr Marino has been wonderful. Dr Bianchi also sees my husband who is also wonderful. Very thorough doctors. I got a text message today saying these doctors are no longer with the office and to find another provider. Dr Dornfield is not seeing any new patients. I gave you 1 star because you handle your practice like a circus.

I call to find out why and your staff is on lunch. I callback after lunch and your staff is still not taking calls. Very unprofessional. I have asthma and was being treated and now I am out a doctor and prescription refills.

My Father & I were patients of this practice for a number of years, both seeing Julianne before she left (who was an EXCELLENT practitioner.) After I left as a patient since moving, my Dad continued to be a patient here, and was seeing one of the other practitioners. I am leaving this one star review after I received a call from my Dad this past week stating how upset and shocked he was to discover he was no longer a patient of this practice because his doctor left MONTHS AGO, finding out only after he stopped into the office to receive a prescription refill and a new appointment, after not being able to get through to the office via phone.

According to what he relayed to me, he was told "We'll do you a favor this one time and send a refill" AFTER he had to find out ON HIS OWN that his doctor is no longer practicing there. He has heart issues and needs consistent monitoring every few months or so. No one EVER called him to tell him this. This is a terribly unethical way to find out you're no longer on a health journey with your doctor. Saying you're "doing him a favor" when he's down to his last bit of medicine is so wrong, on top of the already existing lack of communication and professionalism from the medical staff.

On top of the physician leaving the practice without prior notice, I've been wanting to say this last bit for a few years now; a majority of the reception staff should've been retrained, or fired years ago for their incompetence, failure to follow up and return messages/results without several calls being made by the patient, leaving charts out in the open, and lack of professional attitude, and now this whole ordeal with doctors leaving the practice without informing their patients, while cutting off proper phone communication. Unreal.

Side note: The receptionist is EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of. When you call their phone line, you're automatically sent to an operator, and are unable to reach the office directly. My Dad had to go to the office in person after failing to reach the office staff. When he went there they PROMISED they would call him this past Friday, December 4th to talk further about what his next steps should be, just for them to neglect contacting him yet again.

It's insane how rude the office staff is. As if taking your call and scheduling an appointment so incredibly beneath them and not.part of the job? And it's the kind of nasty attitude that only gets worse when you try to be nice. Like, I'm not coming for you. I just want to review my bloodwork and gtfo. I was a patient here for a whole year only because Dr. Marino is a gem of a doc (and his MA is amazing, too) and he's finally going somewhere that deserves him.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst practice ever. Stay away! I've been there for years and the only reason I stayed was because of wonderful practitioners like Julianne, and Drs Bianchi and Marino. They all left! I am totally appalled by the way I've been treated over the past two weeks. There is absolutely no care or concern for any patients. Dr Dornfield may be a very good doctor but he should be ashamed of the way he let patients know of yet another doctor leaving and the basic destruction of this practice. It's horrendous.

Dr. DAVID DORNSFIELD is a phenomenal physician. Both my son and I have been his patients for 18 years. Even though we had relocated further South. We travel to Dr. Dornsfield for the best medical care. Dr Dave has been phenomenal during my 2 strokes. I was very ill, chair bound with seizures. I now walk, and due to Dr. Dornsfield's knowledge of the use of supplements and western medications.

I had begun to slowly had the sensation return in my left leg after my second stroke. Dr. David Dornsfeld is very involved in my care when I am hospitalized in any medical center I am admitted to, even if he does not have privileges in the particular Hospital. He keeps in contact with me, to be up to date on my care. We actually discovered Dr. Dornsfeld when my son was 13, and extremely I'll with late stage Lyme Disease.

He is a Lyme Literate Doctor, with incredible knowledge about Lyme Disease. Speciality Labs, and the many blood tests he took on my son, including so many allergies that caused behavioral issues, which we never knew my son had until We found Dr. Dornsfeld and his Practice " Family Wellness Center". My son was prescribed Chelation, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and supplements, as well as antibiotic therapy.

Within several months, we had a different child. His academic grades skyrocketed, he graduated with an 88.88 GPA upon high school graduation, along with 2 college scholarships. My son's transition was amazing under Dr. Dornsfeld's knowledge and compassion. We would never change Doctors for we are so blessed with Dr. Dornfeld, and our health care.

Dr. Dornfeld is a very caring and compassionate doctor who treats my two children. He is passionate about his practice and is always looking for ways to help his patients. It would be very difficult to find a doctor that continues to further his education as Dr. Dornfeld does. You can usually find him at a conference to advance his education or impart his experience and knowledge on his peers as well as patients looking to improve their health.

As busy as he is, he is always prompt to return calls and he is the only Dr. that has ever gave follow up calls. Dr Dornfeld is also an expert in Lymedisease. He suspected lyme even though we told him we previously tested and it came back negative, with his specific labratory testing he not only found it, he treated it successfully. We are forever grateful to him for helping our children.

I saw Juliane Everest twice, and was dismayed to learn that she is no longer at Family Wellness Center. Juliane was to do my gynecological exam. I asked the Staff if the new Dr Marino would be able to do my exam. The answer was, to ask him. I was hesitant to meet a new doctor, and made the appointment with Dr Andrew Marino, MD. This happened to be a very good choice. Dr Marino counseled me, and I feel like a participant in my plan for Wellness.

My visit was actually uplifting and positive, and I have a few issues at hand. He will be able to do the internal exam. I purchased some supplements, and received a "Smart Answer" $5 discount in addition to the usual discount. (Not a Smart Aleck answer-- no discount for that!) I really like Dr Marino! He's very positive, knowledgeable and realistic. And smart.

I will no longer support or go to Family Wellness center. A wonderful amazing woman no long works here. Juliane Everest is the only doctor that would listen and care about my family and my own health. She is the only reason why I would go here and refer my friends and family. I can't wait to find out where she will be working after recovery. What I do know is Family Wellness Center lost not just my business but all my friends and family and future referral. The office didn't even have the decency to tell me I would be seeing a different doctor for my gynecologist appointment.

Dr. Bianchi: As an incoming medical student who has worked with many physicians, I will say that Dr. Bianchi is one who stood out to me within the first few minutes of my office visit. He spent a long time comprehensively answering questions, explaining concepts, and educating me regarding my concerns. If you are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable physician who you can be confident in, then I highly recommend Dr. Bianchi. Staff/Office: I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily. I did not wait more than five minutes. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The office was easy to find, clean/tidy, and modern/nicely decorated.
