Our Signature session, Sacred Keys: A Body, Mind and Spirit Massage ™ is a gentle stress relieving massage designed to quiet the mind and help you reconnect with your deeper rhythms.

Gentle massage, with longer gliding strokes, is integrated with one or more holistic therapies such as aromatherapy, Guided Imagery, Chakra & Energy Balancing, Reiki, Vibrational Healing with Tuning forks, and crystals and gemstones.

A Sacred Keys: Body, Mind, Spirit Massage ™ looks to balance the four areas: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. When we balance these areas, transformational healing often takes place. We often find relief from stress, reduce muscle tension, reduce anxiety, improve breathing, increase in mental consciousness, improved sound sleep, comfort, deep relaxation, increased focus and in increase in emotional and spiritual clarity.

This relaxing massage is great for those who want some stress relief and relaxation benefits from massage but aren't able to schedule a full session. This modified 30-minute express massage targets the areas of the body that hold stress and muscle tension: head, neck, shoulders, back and hands.

You may walk away from the session feeling a sense of renewed energy and relaxation!

Often times people who are going through treatments for illnesses often find their energy depleted and their body taxed from harsh medical treatments. If you are in need of some gentle relaxation and compassion, our therapists can help you achieve a state of peace and calm while helping to minimize the effects of your treatment.

We will gladly work in conjunction with your health care practitioner to design a palliative session for you that will allow you to experience gentle touch while helping to bring your body into a state of homeostasis.

A Compassionate Care Massage incorporates gentle touch and modified therapeutic techniques. At your request we will incorporate Reiki into your session to help balance your energy centers.

What is a chakra? A chakra is an energy center within your body. We have several hundred chakras throughout our body, but we work with the 7 main chakras.

Our chakras can become out of balance when we experience stress, trauma, life changes, hormonal changes, pregnancy/delivery and just plain old everyday stress. If you’ve been feeling or ‘out of balance’, or find yourself saying that you feel ‘off’, perhaps your Chakras could use a Re-Alignment. We will work together to bring about positive change through the re-balancing and re-alignment of your Chakras.

The practitioner will then work on each chakra while incorporating one or several of the following: color, sound, releasing techniques, aromatherapy, tong ren, vibration and tone to help clear the chakra. There will also be Reiki, Guided Visualization along with intention and channeled healing to help balance and re-balance your chakra. Each client has a different response to a Chakra and Energy Balancing Session with Reiki. At the outset, you may or may not feel any different, but you can be assured that your inner self and your etheric body knows there that some positive self-healing is transpiring.

Reiki is a universal healing life force energy that is channeled through the practitioner who has been attuned to Reiki. Reiki can be classified as therapeutic and spiritual in nature but is not associated with any particular organized religion. You do not have to believe in Reiki for it to work. You just need to have an open mind and allow the energy to flow to you. Reiki can never harm and the energy will only go where it is needed. Many hospitals and medical facilities are using Reiki before, during and after medical procedures to help alleviate the side effects from surgeries and chemotherapy treatments.

Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, helps to restore energy/chi flow, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of healing universal life energy, and increases the vibrational frequency of the body.

Reiki has been proven to help on the physical, emotional, spiritual and etheric levels. Reiki is a non-invasive form of channeled healing that allows the client to receive positive healing energy through the reiki practitioners healing touch. Light touch is used on, or above the client's fully-clothed body.

There are many broad terms for any type of healing that smoothes out, manipulates, restores or balances the flow of energy within the body. We have developed an integrative session than encompasses up to 3 healing modalities per session. We call this Integrative Holistic Energy Therapy ™.

In treating a client, the practitioner will look at the pattern of energy flow in one of more of these pathways and help clear any stagnant energy wherever it is blocked. This is done by a variety of techniques based on the physical, emotional, etheric and spiritual levels.

Integrative Holistic Energy Therapy ™ has been proven to help release and/or restore emotional energy and create an increased awareness of mind-body patterns. When our energy patterns and our state of homeostasis is disrupted either by life, physical or emotional trauma we feel it in our body, mind, spirit and soul. We truly believe that our body is interconnected in ways that we are only beginning to understand and appreciate.

Often times, those who have experienced and receive an Integrative Holistic Energy Therapy ™ healing session note an immediate decrease in their stress level.

An Integrative Holistic Energy Therapy ™ session combines up to three holistic healing modalities in a session. If you are unsure which combination you need, your practitioner can help you decide which choices are most beneficial for you based on your consultation. Ultimately, it is your choice, because it is our mission to provide the best resources and choices to you to make an informed decision.

Integrative Life Coaching takes into consideration the whole concept of body, mind, spirit and soul. An Integrative Life Coaching session is geared toward the individual who has the desire to affect and effect change in their lives. Change does not happen overnight and it is the process that is sometimes the most crucial in the healing journey.

We ask that you be prepared to participate in an in-depth consultation. The consultation includes questions about your physical, spiritual and emotional self. We will discuss attainable goals for your session (s) and determine how we can best assist you in attainable those goals.

We will work together to bring about positive change in your life. This type of session requires commitment, willingness and a desire to change the things in your life that you wish to change. You will take control of the healing and guide it and maneuver it to where you want it to go. You are the driver. We are simply the guide.
