Everyone here is so helpful. I went for one thing but in addition to helping me with that everything else is improving too. Dr Knecht is the real deal.

Dr. Knecht and his staff are amazing! They worked with me to ensure my neck and back is treated correctly and with a personalized program. They don't cut corners and constantly check on you to make sure you are comfortable and making progress at your own pace. Love the place!

Please do your research before scheduling an appointment at a chiropractor. I do partly blame myself for being naive but a chiropractor is NOT a medical doctor (MD). Yes, they still can hold a doctorate in their field and be called a Dr. but they do not hold a medical degree. Dr. Knecht was manipulative and took advantage of my lower back pain and issues, in order to make money.

I kept re-injuring my lower back so I came in for x-rays. Dr. Knecht listed a laundry list of issues that he made out to be extremely serious. He then told me I needed adjustments & physical therapy 3 times a week for 12 WEEKS. Although they accepted my insurance, my deductible wouldn't cover their minimum, so I had to pay out of pocket $90 per visit.

So that's $270 a week for 12 weeks. You can do the math. After speaking with family members, I decided to stop going and scheduled an appointment with a sport medicine doctor. I told the office this and how I needed a 2nd opinion. Dr. Knecht spoke with me and down played all the extremely serious issues he told me I had in the beginning. I was very confused as to why his tone had changed when I told them I'm stopping going for adjustments/physical therapy.

At the sports medicine doctor, they evaluated the X-rays & completely debunked every single issue Dr. Knecht listed. Basically told me I'll need physical therapy a few times but not the intense 3 times a week. And that I'll heal on my own and essentially be okay. I don't have any permanent damage or anything. Again, I blame myself for not going to a MD from the start but I was scared and didn't know what to do. Do your homework but you can connect the dots yourself on this chiropractor office and how they took advantage of me.

Scammers don't go here you do the same treatment as everyone else regardless of your situation all the exercise are easy enough to do yourself at home and they will charge you over 1k just to watch you stretch stay away there are better chiropractors in town

I'm so happy I found Knecht Chiropractic when looking for a new chiropractor. Dr. Knecht made sure to thoroughly explain the results of my X-rays after my consultation, and within just a few days of treatments, I felt relief of my neck and back pain. I look forward to my visits each month. I would definitely recommend this office for your chiropractic needs.

I think the best way to show how above and beyond the team at Knecht Chiropractic goes to make sure each patient leaves in better shape than when they came is to give you a summary of every other chiropractor I've gone to. Usually, I go in and tell them what's going on, they feel around my back and shoulders, and maybe do a quick massage. This would take place once a month or maybe every other week.

I knew Knecht was different from the moment I walked in. Dr. K listened to my problems, Dr. B took x-rays and did an exam of my body, and then Dr. K made a treatment plan for me involving physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and therapeutic massage. For the first couple months, I came in 2-3 times a week! Since my first appointment, I've seen great improvement in my back/shoulder/neck pain.

Cost wise: when I didn't have insurance, they charged $85 per visit and they let me go on a payment plan so that I only had to pay a fixed amount per month. So compared to other chiropractors that you only see a handful of times a year, yes, they are MUCH more expensive per year. BUT you see them more and I'm actually getting results, not bandaids that help for a week.

The Staff: I LOVE the staff here. Everyone is SUPER nice and has made an effort to get to know me. They also were really friendly and respectful when I came out as non-binary, started using they/them pronouns, and changed my name! They also were respectful (and remembered) when my fiancee changed her name! Furthermore, since starting here, I moved from Lakeview to Logan Square, so my 10 min walk to Knecht's jumped to a 25 minute drive and I am STILL going there and have no intention of finding a different chiropractor!

Very cool staff and a pleasant environment! I've received positive, effect steps to helping my neck and back pain and it's been wonderful. My posture has visibly improved the last few weeks and I feel so much better. If you're in the neighborhood, check them out.

Love this place! Not only are the doctors just amazing awesome people, but they are also magic! When I came in, my neck was so messed up that I couldn't look both ways to cross the street. My back and neck are so much better, and I look forward to every adjustment. Doctor B and Doctor K actually know their patients and want the best for them in all aspects. I put it off for too long, but Knecht Chiropractic has been the best investment in myself I've ever made.

Knecht Chiropractic is a modern, friendly practice conveniently located on Halsted St. They are extremely flexible and accommodating with respect to appointment times and do a great job getting you in and out efficiently. I began to feel relief within the first few visits and am optimistic about the results.

I have learned so much about the benefits of Chiropractic from Dr. Knecht and Dr. Brittni. Now I'm on my way to optimum and progressing through my chiropractic care. My breathing has already improved tremendously. In fact, it's been 7 weeks since I've used an inhaler. I attribute much of this progress to Knecht Chiropractic. Love the whole practice! I moved to Florida about a year ago and I have never been able to find an outstanding chiropractor such as Dr. Knecht and Dr. Britni. Every staff member are extremely friendly and they truly do care about you and making sure you feel better! Every time I come into town I see them right away, highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. In a climate where customer service ceases to exist, I found Knecht and all hope is restored. The joyful and jolly attitude combined with the efficiency and attention to detail demonstrated by this whole entire staff is simply unlike any I have honestly ever experienced. Their positive energy is infectious and leaves you almost bummed to leave and excited to return.

Nearly everyone who visits this office is in need ofsome sort of help to relieve stress and pain. Well the stress is removed from the equation instantly upon first visit. Here you will be treated like a welcomed guest in someone's home the minute you walk through the door. They run on time even with numerous patients coming and going on the 15 minute. Dr. Brittni was so efficient is diagnosing my issues and Dr. Knecht was amazing at explaining to me how the body is built and should function properly.

He then showed me, via a series of personalized x-rays and diagrams, where my issues lie, and then mapped out an efficient plan to correct it all that was reasonable and almost immediately made me hopeful that things were going to get much better sooner than later. The physical therapy staff is so kind and personable and made me feel very comfortable in an environment that might otherwise be dreadful when doing exercises in front of strangers.

Finally Nia the most efficient, bubbly, kind and knowledgeable "woman who runs the show" (I don't want to call her a receptionist because she is so much more) is absolutely spectacular at accommodating everyone while keeping the wheel turning with a smile on her face. I believe stress plays a huge part in what ails many people, and furthermore the freedom from that stress is where we will find true and long term healing.

The professionalism, kindness and overall joy demonstrated by this entire office is why I believe they have so many success stories. They have mastered the ability to remove stress from the equation for each individual patient almost immediately with the environment they have created. Making treatment that much more successful and enjoyable for all.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this place and recommend anyone looking for a practice where they can receive any one of the many services Knecht Chiropractic offers, to give them your business immediately.

This place is incredible. Super qualified doctors and staff. They are helpful and friendly. I always feel like I'm visiting good friends.
