Spring is a time of new beginnings! In counseling, you can learn new, positive ways to cope with any emotional or relationship issues, create healthy habits, and have a safe space to talk about your feelings. If you are feeling stressed or anxious, I have lots of effective and easy anxiety coping techniques to share. Therapy helps you navigate your life's journey! LCHC helped me overcome my fears and anxieties. Amy's relaxed, non-judgmental approach to hypnosis was very successful. She customized therapy and CDs specific to me, that I continue to use, ensuring lasting results.

Have you been feeling anxious, sad or unmotivated? Are you overeating or having trouble sleeping? Having relationship issues? We all have unique and personal ways of coping with stress and loss. But sometimes, despite our best efforts to get through tough times (and these past few years definitely count as tough times!) we need a little outside help.
I continue to offer exclusively virtual hypnotherapy. Here is how it works. Hypnotherapy has two parts: counseling and hypnosis. We do video or phone counseling first. After the session ends, I create your customized hypnosis recording. Please note that the hypnosis part of the session is not conducted live or in "real time".
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) provide a quick and easy way to relieve pain, such as headaches and backaches, and other health issues. It also can help you overcome cravings, and release feelings of anger, depression, grief, guilt, and anxiety. The EFT program was developed by scientist Gary Craig in 1995 and is based on the work of psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan.
