I'm sorry to have to give this one star rating as the office looks very professional and clean. However they do not take many kinds of Medicare Advantage policies which limits access to people on these types of policies. I recommend that the office take a look at expanding to include all types of carriers

Extremely timely in scheduling and seeing you at your appointment time. I am pregnant and saw Dr. Dorey. She listened very well to my complaints and responded accordingly. Very knowledge and has a very gentle, yet highly effective approach. Completely alleviated my nerve pain and I could not be more thankful. Will definitely return!

Scheduled me for 2 weeks out even though they allow walk ins. I wait the two weeks, arrive 25 minutes early just to be told there is a $66 fee that's not covered by my insurance. The funny part? The girl scheduling appointments also does billing. Seems she would know that one of the biggest insurance providers doesn't cover a service and give patients a heads up.
I feel like it's intentionally done so these specific patients show up, then get hit with the fees. I'd say a pretty good percentage pay it just because they are already there and have waited for the appointment. Thanks for waiting my time!
