Services
The Moving Mantra Yoga Studio seeks to create a loving, nurturing and safe environment to support inward journeys. As teachers, we hope to facilitate the exploration of the body, mind and spirit from a place of loving self acceptance and non judgement.
Yoga is an ancient system of self development which integrates the elements of the physical, mental and spiritual. The word yoga means to yoke, or unite. There are several limbs of yoga, with our main focus being on asana, or physical postures and movement, pranayama, or working with the breath, and meditation.
Yoga is a way of life, a wonderful integrated system of education and development for body, mind and spirit. Making a personal commitment to your own practice is an essential first step towards the path of inner peace. As your teachers, we are here to support your inward journey by provided solid, safe instruction and information through the asanas, pranayama, relaxation and meditation.
Cyndi is the owner and director of the Moving Mantra Yoga Studio. Her passion for teaching spans over 17 years. She is certified in Acu-Yoga and is certified with over 650 hours of advanced study with internationally reputed master teacher Esther Meyers, whose teachings have had a major influence on Cyndi's development as a yogi and a teacher.
