My passion for holistic health care began early in my life as I tried to manage the health problems of my beloved pets using only natural methods. I began studying classical homeopathy with Louis Klein (FSHom) and Jeremy Sherr (FSHom) while at the same time pursuing an AS degree in Veterinary Technology at St. Petersburg Jr. College. I graduated and earned Florida board certification in 1997. I continued my homeopathic post-graduate studies with Jayesh Shah, MD., and most recently Rajan Sankaran, MD., and Massimo Mangialavori, MD.

As it turned out, the owners of the pets I helped wanted natural health care for themselves as well, and urged me to enroll in a school for traditional Chinese medicine. In 2000, I completed a master's degree from East-West College of Natural Medicine. Those same pet owners became my first patients when I opened Nature's Own Wellness in 2001. Every day furthers this exciting journey in service and healing.
