Dr. Ryan Curda, or Dr. Ryan, as most of his clients call him, was born and raised in the great state of Alaska. Growing up in the rural town of Bethel provided Dr. Ryan with a unique perspective on life, health, and community. He originally moved to San Diego in 2001 to pursue and attain a Bachelor of Science degree in Film at San Diego State University.

I've been seeing Dr. Ryan for a few years now and he's GREAT! Extremely Friendly & Knowledgable! I play competitive beach volleyball and he makes sure my hips, shoulders and neck are in alignment to keep me feeling good! I love using his air compression boots for recovery when my legs are sore. I've worked with many Chiropractors and he's my go to. Thanks Ryan

I have been going to Dr. Ryan for years now. I was needing a good chiropractor here in San Diego, and found him online. He has helped my spinal stenosis symptoms, and also alleviated a lot of other issues I was having related to my jaw, and other alignment issues. It is always easy to make an appointment, change appointment times, and cancel appointments. He always answers questions thoroughly, and caters the adjustment to what you feel comfortable with. Great experience, I would recommend in a second.

Dr. Curda is the BEST. I came to him after having severe, chronic back pain post-partum. I couldn't sit for longer than 10 minutes at a time and I couldn't drive. I also couldn't pick-up my son, which was very disheartening for me. He was very gentle and understanding! After about a week and a half, I was moving a lot better (vs. the 4 months I spent at PT where I had very little change).
I am forever thankful for his services. He has an excellent bedside manner and handle of his field. I also had no problem getting appointments that worked for me, and he allowed me to bring my son to my appointments. Dr. Curda is very effective at diagnosing and knowing how to adjust his patients, and he is very compassionate. I highly recommend him as an outstanding provider.

Personalized Chiropractic is a wonderful practice. I've had experience with chiropractors before and it was not the greatest. Personalized has a different to chiropractic adjustments than any other chiropractor I've been to before. Dr. Ryan is great at what he does and for the past month I been coming with him i've notice a huge change in the way my body feels and how I move.
I'm very grateful this chiropractor practice changed my perspective from a bad experience I had 7 years ago, because it kept me from not wanting to see another Chiropractor ever. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan practice especially if you have any sort of disability that would make traditional chiropractics hazardous.

Dr. Ryan at Personalized Chiropractic has been an integral part of our family's health for over 7 years now. He is a wonderful mix of old school friendliness with modern technology and skills. He has helped us through specific chapters of helping us mend from an adventure or ailment. We also see him on a consistent basis as part of our health regime and aging well. Dr. Ryan is awesome! Before I started receiving care, I would always get back and neck pains from sitting up all day at work and driving and now I do not feel pain in those areas. He is very flexible with his time and he works around your schedule. Dr. Ryan and Amanda are always welcoming and they both show you that they care about your health. I definitely recommend seeing him for all your Chiropractic needs.
