Pierpont Family Medicine - Dr Eric O. Shreder

I've been going to this office for atleast 10 years. During that whole 10 yrs they've changed providers on me multiple times and I stuck with the same office only because it was more convenient than finding a new provider. The turn over at this office is constant. You never see the same people or have any form of consistency. Today was when I finally had a enough.

I had done fmla paperwork here every 6 months and always paid $30 dollars. Today they tried charging me $200 and were not willing to work with me at all. The office mgr came up and very bluntly said I had 2 options either pay the $200 or cancel appt even though it was obviously a recent change. She was very rude and did not offer any solutions. Doctors are stressful as it is and to have to go to an office you've gone to for years and be treated that way was insane to me. I will not be going back here and I caution anyone who likes to see consistency with their medical providers not to go this office.

If I could rate them zero (0) stars I would. We were patients of Dr. Frye who left in the middle of the night and now they have released us as patients due to their scheduling. We have gone to Full Circle for years, but since COVID and their reduced schedule last year we did not need to schedule an office visit. NOW it is our fault for not coming in and we need to be scheduled with another nurse practitioner. Who it the client here? How about some customer service? Good riddance! I would not recommend this office for my animals.

I was recommended to Full Circle Health for their above and beyond care. When I called to make my appointment Lisa was very pleasant and reassured me that I'd be taken care of. The office staff is friendly and professional. I was seen by Sarah DeRubeis, her attention to my situation has been incredible. She didn't rush through anything and pinpointed exactly what I needed. I feel like my health is going in the right direction now. Thank you Full Circle Health.

This office used to be the absolute best. How you can go from first to worst I haven't t slightest clue. Though, I can say I used to see Dr Frye before he parted ways. I don't know if it's a coincidence but since he left it has been awful. They don't answer the phone. Ever. If you leave a message, it falls into a black hole and they don't call back until after repeated attempts.

If you're lucky. I needed a prescription refill. That's all. Just a refill. They said we need to see you. Okay fine. If you needed to see me, perhaps you should've called me to schedule the appointment a month prior to my meds running out. Instead I had to call you. Strike one. So then I let them know I've been out of meds for two days at this point.

They say they will refill my prescription but I need to come in. No problem. I go in the next day. Mind you my insurance changed and I had to do a cash pay. $100. Still not a problem. I understand. They said they would provide a supply prior to the appointment. Again, nope. Strike two. After the appointment they would certainly refill the prescription right?

Wrong again. Strike three. It's been three days since my appointment and I still do not have a refill. (It has now been ONE WEEK since calling them about the refill.) The pharmacy still hasn't heard from them. Added bonus, they prescribed a one off med after my visit. Can you guess if that prescription has been sent to the pharmacy? It hasn't.

I leave another message for the black hole. No response. What the eff am I supposed to do? Go without my meds? Drive over there? Chew them out? I had to make an appointment with another office for two weeks out. So I get to be unwell for two weeks because of their negligence and absolute lack of care. Go somewhere else. This place is a disaster.

Love seeing Sarah here but the front desk girl with big eyelashes is extremely rude. I've almost decided to stop going here and look for somewhere else because of her. I talked myself out of it because I love Sarah. The girl that checks people in is extremely unfriendly and have overheard her laughing at patients for not losing weight. You'd think the first person you interact with at a place like this would be expected to have a better attitude. Also, if you are offering weight loss services, maybe don't talk negatively about patients where other patients can hear.

I recently met with Chelsea and Dr. Shreder for a consult for fillers. I have lost a lot of weight and felt my face looked very sunken. I will say I was little nervous. Both Chelsea and Dr. Shreder put me at ease and talked me through everything. I really love the results so far, and it's only been a few short weeks. The results are very natural looking, and I am gaining some confidence about my looks again.

Absolutely loved that they also set up follow up appointments to make sure I am getting the results I am looking for, and not just doing the procedure and forgetting about you. Thank you Dr. Shreder and Chelsea for giving me the best experience, for being a newbie to fillers.

Had an appointment today with Crystal, the nurse practitioner. Basically just a routine check/ medication refills. She was very professional and very kind to me. I recently lost my health insurance so I pay out of pocket. She had samples for a inhaler I use. She also told me about an app that would help cut down the costs of my medications. She went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it. Thank you again!

As a trans woman, its VERY hard to find good care, and even harder to find someone who understands what they're doing, and what you're going through. Sarah is absolutely amazing! Her knowledge and experience with hormone therapy is evident from the beginning, and she is always there any time I have a question or concern. I recommend her to friends all the time, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I've received here.

Unacceptable wait times for appointments. My first visit was scheduled 6/8/2020 at 10:30 a.m. for a Class 3 Medical Exam for a private pilots license. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and checked in with the front desk staff. They were pleasant and efficient, getting me checked in less than 2 minutes. I then took a seat in the lobby waiting area, listening for my name to be called.

Right around 10:30 I was called back to take my vitals. The process was quick and the attending nurse was polite and proficient. She asked me to return to the waiting area where the Dr. will call me in for my appointment. I waited in the lobby until 11:20, which was 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. During my wait, I was never advised or updated regarding the delayed status of my my appointment, or even a "sorry for the long wait today, the Dr. is experiencing xxxxx". nothing, no communication at all.

I checked in once again with the front desk staff to politely inform them that I was leaving and I found it unacceptable to have to wait 50 minutes after a scheduled appointment to be seen. I did not get the opportunity to meet with the Dr.

The staff is very friendly and competent. Dr. Frey is very thorough and has great bedside manners. I'm very comfortable having him as my primary doctor. My only complaint would be trying to call in about a prescription renewal.

Loved Dr Frye but sadly they are all into aesthetics now and their medical office staff are awful. Constant turnover and no one is capable of doing their job. I've been waiting for a prior authorization for medication for 2 weeks now. I've called daily. Nothing. you can't treat patients like that. You prescribe meds but then don't follow through to make them covered by insurance. I had to pay $10 per pill and transfer all over the valley to get them filled under goodrx! Horrible and I will not be going back.

Sarah DeRubeis is fantastic for the pellet therapy and all things related to women's health! The office itself is also run like a well-oiled machine in that it is organized, friendly, and efficient. So far, I have no complaints about any aspect of service/care I receive at Full Circle Health!

Great doctors and nurses. They are helpful efficient and you dont waste your entire day waiting around for your appointment. The office is very cozy and relaxing. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Always a great experience when I visit this office. I see Sarah, the FNP-C, for hormone replacement therapy, and she is wonderful! She takes her time with you, takes lots of notes, and explains things to the extent that you need to feel comfortable. She has a calm, confident, and friendly demeanor that makes her easy to talk to and work with. She also goes the extra mile by personally calling you to discuss test results and options for treatment. She epitomizes the best in medical care!

Dr. Jason T. Frye has been voted Best Docs in the Valley and I know why! He is an extremely caring doctor who is truly concerned for his patients well-being. He takes the time to talk to you and is the most supportive doctor you could ever have. Not only is he my medical doctor but he also has helped me with dealing with traumatic events that have happened to me over the years. I have been a patient of his for 14 years and have referred numerous family and friends to his practice! We all love him!

Great service and great ambiance and atmosphere. The process only took a fraction of the time as compared to my last MEA office.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Also the facility was neat and well organized.

Well over a decade with Dr Shreder, and can wholeheartedly recommend him and his practice. He handles my airline captain medical every six months, has treated several conditions, and even birthed my two children. Well, handled all the international adoption medical certifications complete with examinations and notary seals. I respect his expertise and enjoy his insights. Highly recommended.

Really great experience. Dr. Shreder is super efficient, personable, & knowledgeable, & the prices are very competitive. The offices are lovely & the facilities are immaculate. Am definitely going to be doing more of my health management here. Top-notch.

My experience with this doctors office has been up and down but has definitely improved. However after talking to the manager, Jon, and sorting out some of the concerns I had, and giving them another try. I am very thankful Jon contacted me and I came in again. This last visit was the smoothest visit I've had in ages, from any doctors office. I appreciate that they take in my concerns and that I am listened to. Tiffany the receptionist was very enthusiastic and happy and just sort of rubs off.

I also appreciate that they opened another one next door with another doctor, since it allows for more people to be seen and less wait time. I also feel the blood work has 100% improved since my last visit and it was the easiest blood draw of my life.

Dr Shredder is a great physician and always has great advice for any issue I have. Highly recommend Full Circle.

Full Circle Aesthetics, is a super place to go for fillers, IPL, Ultherapy, and more. Dr. Shreder & Aesthetician Jean are not only very informative but, are artists in all they offer. Tanya is an exceptional nurse and is helpful with diet and nutrition. It's such a beautiful and relaxing office. Friendly staff.

Dr. Frye has surely been the best doctor I have ever had. He is patient, kind, thorough, efficient, and always accommodating. Over the past 77 years, I have had a dozen different doctors, a few others were good, and a few not so good. Without a doubt, Dr. Frye has been the best. Furthermore, everyone on his staff, both medical staff and office staff have been outstanding, attentive, highly efficient, and enjoyable to be around. especially Amanda. I am always very glad when she is there.

Follow up review: had occasion to bring my wife in, got an appt within 2 days (for the PA), and at her appt, she got in and out in 27 minutes! 1. The good: Dr Shreder is fantastic, best PCP (and AME) I've had. He gets 5 stars. :-) 2. The bad: too often my appointments have gone way beyond normal. Today's appt was 1045, got in at 1125, out at 1205. I know he's good, that's why his practice is so busy, but scheduling needs to improve. Then the practice would be a 5 star
