Run away Make sure you read your paperwork you sign this a scam and bait and switch they tell how great treatment is but in writing they tell you will and may feel worst than how you came and then if you ask for a refund they raise the price so you owe more than you already paid for expensive service that is not covered by your insurance and they know it run away they are only about the money i will be calling the FTC about them and their false advertising and elder abuse taking advantage of old people

I purchased one of this groupons for a visit @ Quantum Medical Wellness after having some lower back pain, for excellent price $79 consultation, Exam, 2x X-Rays & 3 adjustments a 87% offI After my call d'or my appointment, I was received by a White with here hair in a head bun receptionist very rude & agressive with no customer skills. Was brought to the room question for my pain diagnosed by a very knowledgeable Dr. Popkin & clear explanation after have look on my X-ray I received amazing massage by a very well trained David ans was giving a appointment for two day's later, during my talk with Dr Popkin I mentioned my desappointement of the receptionist attitude & behavior.
I received two adjustments from Dr Y Chileuitt after finishing my second appointment that same receptionist was ask by Doctor to give me my third & last appointment. Once again she screamed the name of Dr Yussef tro the medical office come here I couldn't believe the disrespect toward the doctor and stated against the Dr saying that I did not have a third appointment.
I was so tired and discutes of the attitude of that lady that I left the office. It's a shame to be treated by a employee like that when the Doctors are doing such a great job to try to bring patients to pay there salary.

I called on a Friday made an appointment for Monday as a new patien for me and my son. First thing I always ask Dr. offices is "Do you take my insurance?" They responded saying "we take all kinds of insurance but we can't verify it over the phone so you have to come in so we can do so. " ok so boom my appointment comes I fill out a whole packet giving these people all of my information.
I get back with the Dr. p. Very nice guy but I can sense the shadiness. We went over my problems then he said "we don't take your insurance." WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME FILL OUT PAPERWORK COME TO THE BACK LIKE IM ABOUT TO GET WORK DONE AFTER I SHOWED MY INSURANCE INFORMATION WHEN I SIGNED IN. I TOLD HIM I REALLY JUST WASTED MY TIME. HE SAID "it takes too long to verify insurance" lol I think he was thinking he was speaking to someone that didn't know any better. IT TAKES 5 minutes to verify insurance!
He kept forcing the issue on paying out of pocket 275. Why in the world would I pay out of pocket & I have INSURANCE. NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE. I HAVE IT! Both Dr David Popkin and Dr Yussef Chileuitt have been very helpful in rehabilitating my mother's legs, she's only visited 3 times and she can walk straight again, they were professional and very helpful with everything my mom needed, as a son I would recommend this place to take care of anyone else's loved ones.

Went to this center and was treated by Dr. Popkin. I came with knee issues. On my first day I was presented with a video of the consequences of going on without treatment, a life with progressive or continuous knee problems resulting in being in a wheel chair or walker. The doctor came into the room after the video presentation and recommended a series of sessions resulting in $3800.
He insisted that treatment needed to be in full without payment options and prior to treatment. Long story short I finished my sessions and my knee condition has worsened. Now swollen and the swelling is now traveling to my ankle. He recommended for me to get a scan as I was feeling worse rather than better. Got the scan and now I need to go to a specialist.
My issue is why not take the scan first? And why insist in full payment? Now thinking in hindsight. In addition, I requested my records this week and they have refused to acknowledge my request. If I go to a dental office more than likely they take X-rays, if I complain of back pain the Orthopaedic will request an MRI. Why not request this scan after the fact of $3800? And now refuse to give me my records. Please think twice about visiting this place as my experience my serve as a warning. Very upsetting.

Dr. Popkin was so great! He helped me after I hurt back lifting something heavy and had me walking normally in just a few weeks! He also found other spinal issues I was not aware of and am now seeking surgical advice to correct it. His assistants and office staff were so helpful and professional in dealing with my issues. If not for his expertise and his staff's assistance, I don't know how I would've endured my injuries! Thank you for all you do!

I am a 65 year old male. When I turned 62 years old, my feet became unbearable. There were ice cold, itchy, and hurting all the time. My family doctor and neurologist told me that I had neuropathy of the feet and that there was no cure. They prescribed an addictive drug called Gabapetin, to be taken at bedtime, just so I could get some sleep and temporary relief.

I would like to thank Dr. Popkin, Alexis and the staff at Quantum Wellness Center for their support and help. When I came to the center, I had pain in my right knee everyday. Now my knee feels normal and I am 100 percent better. The lazier treatment really worked. Again, thank you for your help and I am so grateful that I chose Quantum Wellness Center.

I went to Quantum wellness for 3 months. On day 1 they charged me $175 for x-rays. I explained that I have Mediate and Blue Cross as a secondary and I shouldn't have to pay for x-rays and I did not want any out of pocket expenses, if it wasn't covered I didn't want it done. Dr Popkin stated they would submit the bill and it would take about 2 weeks to refund the money.
Well they never submitted submitted the charges. On day 1 the person at the desk said that Stem was not covered only adjustments and massage. They did not submit anything for 3 months and sent me a bill for $2400. To top it all off, I received no relief from my problems.

Dr. Popkin is really friendly and explains everything what we have to know, all our questions has been answered. Dr. Mike is amazing. He helps me a lot every time, my lower back pain is gone after my first treatment. The massage therapist lady is very very good, she knows what area needs to be treated.

My first visit was May 16th 2016. Dr Popkin was extremely thorough, he even gave me a treatment plan that fit my budget! He told me he could help me with my migraines...l am only on week three & have not had a migraine. For that alone l am truly grateful. The staff are very friendly, especially Jessie... her welcoming smile would give anyone a lift.
I even won a free Massage on my second week which was wonderful! I have to say that my experience so far is exceptional. I have faith that with their help l can once again walk tall with a healthy spine.
